High quality store with good product selection. The company needs to reevaluate their sales training in customer service and commission.
The sales person was demanding, saying we couldn’t make a large purchase without buying an accessory. She eventually admitted if we didn’t buy one she wouldn’t get paid. We tried saying “no” more than 7x and almost left because of the awkward pressure, but finally just picked the cheapest case (700 baht) to stop her pleading.
If you go in planning to buy everything you need there, you’ll be fine. The selection of cases wasn’t great, but they were high quality. If you go in expecting to get everything on Lazada later, you’ll feel uncomfortable.

Here you just want to sell your devices at a high price, but have zero service. Some of the employees are completely untrained. They know nothing about the technology, they just want to sell a device because their commission depends on it.
