The One Residence Hotel

Great budget hotel. Large room with good aircon and fridge. Shower works fine. Internet is ok most of the time. Clean. Staff is lovely. Next to a 7/11 and a few hundred meters from Central shopping mall. Quiet at night. Overall a nice budget option for your stay in Udon Thani 👍

Bed was king size , comfortable , shower was big too. Nearby to a lot of restaurants. Opposite hotel chicken rice was yummy

Great thing about this hotel is that it's right in the city centre. There's a petrol station next door with the usual 24 hour convenience store and other food stalls. On the other side you'll find a row of shops before coming to Central Festival, the only department store in Udon Thani. Just a bit further down is the "bar" strip for those looking for a drink. A little more and you're at UD town, a walking mall with shops and food aplenty.

The bus station is just across the road. Quite a few buses pick and drop passengers off at Central Festival as well.

Rooms are clean and adequate for the price. The hotel is a single block, so the layout is simple. They will give you a keycard to enter the premises.

There's a kettle in room with complimentary coffee. A simple desk for working is good enough.

There's wi-fi. Like all public wi-fi, performance varies.

An oft neglected detail: in this day and age, people like to have charging points they are convenient like next to the bed, and they do have them. Score!

Might be of note to travelers like me: the proprietor is "ok" with guests checking in early. I tend to arrive in UT around 4am to 5am and they don't mind checking me in with no extra charges if there's room (they do ask for a 300 Baht safety deposit).

Unlike the majority of the hotels, the front desk of which would give the holier than thou reply of 3pm to early check-in, The One Residence is understanding and gracious, after hearing about the train arrival time of 5:30am (or alternatively airport landing at 9:00am, both of which have happened to me previously).

That is why I keep going back to The One to stay!

I stayed for a month at a great price. Simple, safe, clean and temp- controlled room with friendly staff. Great location for shops (next to a 7/11) including Central Plaza and numerous local businesses. Street food (very cheap) and farang food (more expensive) everywhere close by, as is the bus and train stations. Taxi from or to Udon Thani airport cost 200 baht . Bang-for-buck, The One Residence Hotel is a great option if you are on a tight budget or like it clean and simple.

Very good place. Good room, very good wifi, near Central Plaza, it's center of city. For 6 days I paid 3600 baht.

Near to the centre for shopping, bars and restaurants. Comfortable rooms and good covered parking too!

ใกล้สถานีขนส่งและเซ็นทรัล เดินทางสะดวก เหมาะสำหรับการเข้าพักเพื่อเดินทางต่อไปยัง อำเภอหรือจังหวัดอื่นรวมถึงมีรถทัวร์จากสถานีขนส่งไปยังประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอย่างลาวด้วย

ห้องพักสะอาด มีทีวี แอร์ กาแฟ กาต้มน้ำ ตู้เย็น น้ำอุ่น ที่จอดรถ และใกล้ห้างเซ็นทรัลอุดรธานี

ห้องโอเคครับ สะอาด แต่ถ้าใครชอบความสงบอาจไม่เหมาะเพราะโรงแรมติดถนน อยุ่ในแหล่งชุมขน แต่ราคานี ติดเซ็นทรัลผมว่าโอเคมากแล้ว เดินไปเซ็นทรัลอุดรได้เลยประมาณ 300 เมตร

สะดวกสบาย สะอาดมาก ใกล้ห้างเซ็นทรัลมากๆแบบเดินไม่กี่ก้าวก็ถึง มีที่จอดรถสะดวก ราคาเป็นมิตรสุดๆ แนะนำเลยครับ

2.ติด 7-11 ดึกๆหาของกินได้สะดวก
3.การเดินทาง การต่อรถ สะดวก
4.คุณป้าแม่บ้าน ที่นี่ น่ารักคับ
แต่ ที่ไม่ชอบ มีอย่างเดียว คือ เสียงคอมเพรเซอร์แอร์ ดังเกินไป
