ปกติเป็นคนไม่ค่อยมั่นใจตัวเอง ไม่เคยกล้าเข้ายิม แต่ที่นี่บรรยากาสสบายๆเป็นกันเองมาก จนไม่เขินเลยค่ะ ตอนนี้มาแบบชิวๆแล้ว ที่จอดรถก็สะดวก จอดแล้วเดินเข้ายิมเลยค่ะ

Nice little gym!!

Only 900 Baht enough and the equipment is very well maintained considering it's 2 years old, although I don't think there are many members.

The only downsides to this place are that the staff don't really speak English and they only have two changing rooms/ toilets (one for boys and one for girls) and there are no showers, so be prepared to leave sweaty if you come in the middle of the day because they won't turn the air con off if there arent enough people inside! 🤣

Has almost everything you would need to hit every area of the bod.

Oh one last gripe, there are no grips for the bench press or arm curl so you have to be careful the weights don't fall off.. 😫

Does the job though!!
