Phu Loei Restaurant

Was told it’s the best coffee shop in town, so planned to stop by for a cup of coffee, and then stunned with a huge variety of dishes, finally couldn’t resist to order their recommended menu and was not disappointed.

Recommended: สองพี่น้องภูเลย and ตำแตงกวา ไข่ต้ม น้ำกะปิ (the rest are also interesting but already filled with these two dishes)

Food is quick. Staff is super friendly, and the owner seems to know all the local customers—-he greets and take a well care of everyone.

Place is clean and nicely decorated. The ladies (restroom) is also clean and well placed to hide away from public eyes—come here and you will understand what I mean.

And, yes, coffee is confirmed real good. :)

Probably the best Resteraunt / coffee shop in loei, they offer a wide range of coffees, teas and tasty cakes also tasty thai and farang meals. Very fast friendly service

Wow, what a beautifully set up establishment, not only caters to locals but for travellers needing a great breakfast, sensational coffee, desserts galore and if your preference for dinner, the menu is filled with delicious choices whether Asian, Thai and European.. highly recommend anyone stopping in to this amazing place to be met and greeted with much welcome friendliness

We had breakfast there twice. I had a curry with chicken and krapao, spicy but delicious. Next day had simply rice with pork, also very good. The highlight for me was the "cafe phu loei" which is espresso mixed with green tea and quite creamy. I had three each day. We also loved the red velvet cake.
