Casa Ya Thip Boutique Resort

I stayed 2 nights with my partner in the Casa Y Thip beginning of Feb 2024.
Actually I had to postpone my trip 2 times and Khun Thip handled my request in a very flexible way.
The location is very beautiful and the staff very attentive. The breakfast and the dinner, that was included in my package was sufficient in quality and tasteful. Especially the pizza from the wood-oven was great.

We are welcomed by the owner of this establishment who speaks English divinely well.
She runs her hotel and prepares all the succulent dishes and breads at his restaurant At the meal we made some great culinary discoveries with her excellent signature pizza, her velvety pumpkin and the highlight of the meal her sausage made from 9 spices which burst in the mouth In short, a pure delight !
The room is beautiful with its view of the mountains
The bed is very comfortable
I highly recommend this establishment

We really love to stay here. The staff is excellent, the food is delicious, it's quiet in the midst of the serene Sapan village, with beautiful views, and the bedroom is clean.

We just finished touring Nan, Pua, Bo Kleau and finishing up in Sapan. It was really nice being greeted by the owners as they manage and care for the place. After visiting 7 other places in the area you can definitely feel the difference vs staff ran resorts. Was nice to have breakfast at a reasonable time 7am, which was impossible anywhere else. She makes an amazing pumpkin bisque which was perfect for the rainy weather. All in all great place and quite. Just need 2 weeks there with a book...

First time I got to Sapan and the stay was made great by Casa YaThip and the lovely couple operating the place.

Lovely meal in a beautiful setting. Visited Casa Ya Thip for a change of pace while in Boklua for a rafting and relaxation trip. The wood fired pizza was delicious and also enjoyed the Pasta Bolognese. Great service and friendly staff. 10/10 would return.

Homemade pizza and bread are outstanding. Perfect mountain view. Highly recommended for disconnecting from social.

In addition, the resort owners were very kind, friendly and supportive. Look forward to coming again soon.

Lovely place in the middle of Sapan Valley.
Great breakfast with homemade Bread & Jam and super delicious drip coffee. Her italian cook is also BEST in town ~ we had a great dinner time with stunning view 🍃🌻🌾🌈

Nice location + New Facilities + Kind owner = Perfect for your vacation. This place is located next to Ruamjai Samakkhee bridge which is one of the best location in Sapan village. Moreover, there are homemade Italian foods which will be served for your dinner as well. Really enjoy and will comeback again for sure.

Such a rare find to have a opportunity to stay at this place. The food were superb especially authentic Italian pizza and some with a slight touch of local ingredient. The scenery also breathtaking. Overall this place give you a warm welcome that make you feel like home.

a surprising find in this beautiful vaguely remote part of Thailand. Authentic and delicious wood fired pizza. Even the local red wine they had on offer was quaffable.. Run by a lovely retired couple the restaurant is set overlooking stunning rice fields and rivers. highly recommended

What a delicious restaurant. Pizza, spaghetti soups salad, as good as in a genuine Italian restaurant. The view on the paddy fields from the restaurant is exceptional. A nice and relaxing address. And the team is very friendly. Will come back

This part of Thailand has high mountains, valleys and beautiful views. Casa Ya Thip provides a small resort in this setting with wonderful food and attentive owners and staff.
It’s a relaxing and quiet place to enjoy.

Awesome pizza and good coffee with great view of Sapan. Very friendly staff and available parking spaces. They tried their best to be of service even during heavy rain (outdoor seating with shade).

Just perfect pizza! An evenly cooked base in a wood-fired oven with stringy cheese - so delicious! The service was friendly and efficient.
