Bucktown Cafe & Hangout

This is a great restaurant and a great coffee shop. The service was friendly & helpful, they had a guy playing music, the atmosphere in general was nice as well as the view over the river. We had some thai food, a steak and a dessert and everything was exceptionally good and served nicely (even for european standards) and I cannot remember where I ever ate better french fries than here.
I also had a cold matcha tea with strawberries and it was just the best cold matcha tea I ever had.
Maybe when the restaurant is full, the quality of the food is lower. I don't have another explanations for some bad reviews here. When we came, they did not have so many customers but everything was exceptionally good!!!
I can only recommend to go there if you are in the area - even the match tea alone is worth a visit...

P.S: I waited too long to make the picture of the matcha tea. When I got it, it had that nice separation of green, white and red as shown in the menu card.

-การบริการของที่ร้าน ดีมากเลยค่ะ ต้อนรับตั้งแต่เดินเข้ามา มีรอยยิ้มจากพนักงาน การจัดการเรื่องที่นั่ง ดีมากๆเลยค่ะ มีโซนแยกชัดเจน ทั้งด้านบนและด้านล่างที่ติดแม่น้ำน่าน บรรยายกาศทั้งข้างล่างและข้างบนดี พัดลมทั่วถึง ไม่ค่อยมียุงในช่วงหัวค่ำ

1.แกงส้มชะอมกุ้ง กุ้งสดมาก! หวานและไซส์กำลังอร่อย ชะอมทำได้ดีไม่อมน้ำมัน น้ำแกงเข้มข้นมาก รสชาติดีมากๆ ครบทุกรส ไม่โดดรสชาติใดรสชาตินึง
2.ปลาทับทิมราดซอส ปลาทับทิมทอด ได้ดีมาก กรอบนานมาก ปลาสด ไม่เหนียว เข้ากับซอสที่ผัดมาที่ผัดกับพริกหวานและเครื่องต่าง เปรี้ยวหวานผัด กินกับข้าวอร่อยมาก
3.กุ้งแม่น้ำเผา 2 ตัว จัดโปรโมชั่นอยู่ 9xx บาท อร่อยมากๆ ทำออกมาได้ดี ตัดกล้ามกุ้งมาให้ มันกุ้งหวานกินกับข้าวอร่อยสุดๆ แนะนำให้คลุกข้าว
4.ปูผัดพริกเกลือ เนื้อปูก้อนผัดกับเครื่องพริกเกลือ พริกให้มาเยอะเกินไป เหมือน ยกสวนพริกมาไว้ในจาน อันนี้ แอบตัดคะแนน นิสนึงงง
