Jea Pheung Seafood

This is a great seafood restaurant across the road from the beach. It's one of those faded, rundown old restaurants with stray dogs under the tables, but no one cares because the food is tasty. Portion size is not big, but the price per plate is cheap. The mixed seafood phat cha, grilled squid with spicy seafood sauce, fried fish with spicy mango, and Thai omelette with shrimp were all very good. Not too sweet either the seafood sauce is sour and spicy like it should be. I'll come back as it's delicious.

We loved this seafood restaurant. Our favorite was the 3 flavor fish. We tried a variety of dishes and everything was good. But the fish was by far our favorite!

For the most part, I eat vegan, but this meal was an exception. It did not disappoint!

Local flavorful fresh seafood with sea view. Tried 4 menus, all were great! Tables next to us ordered 3 dishes of squid sashimi, we gotta try next time then!

Delicious, flavorful, fresh (though small) seafood. Plenty of menu items had 3 different crab dishes, snails, sundried squid and a very nice grouper and taro hot pot soup. You get a sea view though there's a road in between. 3500 thb for 5 people, very reasonable.

Came back here with a group of 6, ordered more fish dishes which were very fresh and fluffy seabass, we ordered the hot pot seafood tom yum. The Chilli oil Clams were also delicious. Even cheaper than last visit with no Crabs around 1600 for 6. Pre-booked and pre-ordered the place was packed.

Here is the best meal in my trip.
- Superb taste
- Price is reasonable
- But there are a lot of people at noon and in the evening

With many choices around that area, the restaurant shows why it has one of the most crowded compared to others. All ingredients are freshed and pack fully in a dish. Also, the taste is amazing especially the fried fish where the flavor is on the right balance and crispy. The crab and scallop are tasty.

This restaurant is nearby the beach, it offers wonderful seafood dishes. Every dish we order is very tasty. There is a lot of people, expect some delay to get the table. Parking lot is huge but the pathway is small and congested.
