Checkpoint Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park

Start of a great hike. Not to easy but sure good to be done.
Make sure you go early before other tourists and some cooler weather. Its just a great hike and in 2hours maybe 1,5 you are at the top with a great view.
You can see some wildlife, spiders, ants, birds..
The way back you need 1 hour maybe 1,5 hour.

Great mountain hike to enjoy the nature. I suggest either biking there or getting a Grab(private hire) as the parking for car seems limited.

Bring about 1.5 litres of water and a towel along to wipe your sweat and also to take a dip along the mini “pools” as you walk past them.

Great views at the top. There was a 200baht entrance fee and you had to put your name, number and entry time. When finish your hike, you need to write the leave time.
Trail was intermediate and most times was not a smooth path - quite rocky, but the ruggedness makes it quite enjoying in my opinion.
I would suggest going in the morning to avoid the midday/afternoon heat.
Average of 4hrs hiking time in total

It was very fun, Total hiking volume 7.5km for 3hours, Not difficult But rdy for the shoes & clothes. + Water 1.5l

Challenging hike but the view is totally worth it. Bring water! Please note the entrance fee is 200 bath.

The famous “rock” for taking the instagram shot is closed. Looked pretty dangerous, so I get it.

Best way to get there is by renting a scooter.

Nice trail. Parking available at the entrance for motorbikes, and for cars at the first control.
The trail is 3.7km and I would say medium difficulty. Watch out if it’s been rainy the days before, the path will be very slippery.
Awesome views from the top, a must do if visiting the area

It's a challenging track to get to the top of the moutain. 2 hours up and 2 hours down, thats what you need. Pictures of the stairs is only part of the route. There are more with lots of rocks which makes it harder. Have enough water with you.

Not very hard trail, take 2 hour up and 1 hour down. the view at the top won't disappointed you

It’s 4.7 km to reach the viewpoint and another 4.7km to hike back to the start point.
Be prepared for your shoes (not slippers) ,drinking water and check the weather.
Bring a wood stick with you, if you see dark cloud.

Amazing hiking trail. If you are looking for an adventurous hike this is the place, take plenty of water as you will need it for sure. Trial is medium level. Hot during the April noon time. Try hiking by the morning. They are open from 8 am

Entrance to Dragon Crest Trail, from here onward the trail are clearly marks, you won't get lost

Manage to reach the top in 2 hours 45 min. Back down in 2 hours 15min. Magnificient view. Was raining at the top. The tracks can be muddy and slippery. Slippers are not recommended. Moderate level of fitness needed.

Good hike up. Wear good shoes as it gets slippery and rocky at times. Watch for tree roots not to stumble. Views on top are amazing!

Before you start to walk the trail you have to sign on a list with your name, nationality and phone number, don't forget to mark yourself when back from the djungle, then they won't have to send out a search party. You can buy bananas e.g. at the entrance.
Entrance is free, but you can give tip to the rangers.

Outstanding views at the top....take 2 x litres of water, good hiking shoes, very humid in forest. Great photo's at the top.

Really fantastic view! But a way wasn't easy. Real distance is around 4,5 km.
