Strong sauna and icebath makes your day better 🚀 weekly ticket is just 500b, single entrance 150b (two times cheaper than Haad Rin gym). Fresh Towel and No limit water included

I love working out and training Muay Thai at Evolve! The gym has everything a serious fitness person wants. From squat racks, barbells and free weights, to machines and cardio equipment, they have everything. I had previously gone to a different gym, but their floor plan and weight training equipment was bad; so I switched to Evolve and never looked back!

For personal training you can't beat Ozge, she is an excellent trainer and really knows her stuff. Not only did she get me more fit, but has improved my posture, imbalances and helped me train more pain free. Sessions with her are outstanding, I can't recommend her enough.

For Muay Thai, I love training with Max! I had never done it before, and with only a couple of lessons I'm getting much better. The workout is great and Max is friendly, fun and good natured. Highly recommend taking a lesson with him! The other muay thai trainer Chay is a cool guy and also excellent trainer.

Overall, it's hard to beat Evolve on Koh Phangan. Great gym, good energy and awesome people. The ladies at the front desk reception are amazing, always fun! I look forward to my workout every day going to Evolve.

Great gym for short or long stays in the area. They offer very reasonable weekly rates of 750 Baht. Equipment is good, but don't expect state of the art modern equipment. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. Great mix of people who attend this gym and they also offer Muay Thai classes.

Very nice gym with all the stuff you need for a good work out, friendy staff. The two brothers Max and Jay giving very good muay thai classes. For 350 bath you get small group session for 1.5 hour. For every level! Highly recommend this gym. I come back for sure!

Really nice semi-outdoor gym, veery hot but that’s how it goes in Thailand 😄 you can take ice bath after workout if you fancy or come at 8 pm for best experience - less people, less heat 👌 Variety of equipment but people could be more educated on putting things back into place. Pro tip - bring your own towel 😅

Great gym with all the equipment needed for a good workout. It is partially not well maintained but you still get a lot of value for your money. A day pass costs 150 baht, 2 small towels, water, toilet and shower included. On Thursday and Saturday they offer Sauna and Ice Bath for a little extra cost. I haven’t tried it myself.

One highlight is their Muay Thai offering. There are group lessons but you can also take private lessons for 750 baht per hour. My boyfriend took two private lessons and would have taken even more if time had allowed.

He got Mac as his private trainer assigned. Mac proved to be super friendly, attentive and skilled. In these two private lessons they practiced basics as well as different combos. Also, Mac touched on topics like breathing, rhythm, footwork etc.

Highly recommended!

I can highly recommend the Evolve Gym. I took several group and private Muay Thai lessons there and was simply thrilled. The private lessons were all with Jay and I always had a lot of fun. I can also highly recommend Max, they are both always in a good mood and very keen to help and explain everything to you. I would recommend training with Max and Jay to anyone who really wants to learn something. Thank you Jay and Max. I will definitely come back to you.

I happened to walk past here on my first day at the island. I saw there is sauna and icebath and went in spontaneously. Since that I come here twice a week. I really like it. I don't use the gym, only sauna and icebath. Both is great for my physical and also mental well-being. For me it's the perfect place to go to calm down and gain strength. Easy to reach, nice people, good temperature of both, sauna and ice And it's a decent price.

I highly recommend Evolve, not only for their gym and ice bath but most importantly their Muay Thai. After a group session I decided to go for a 10-pass with one of their trainers, JJ, and I can't recommend him enough! He is a super patient teacher and he was pushing me to get better with every session. I learned the basics while constantly improving form and technique, and JJ was very helpful in understanding how I can continue to get better, what I'm doing wrong and how I can fix my mistakes. We also went to fight night together to see how the pros do it. I will definitely continue my Muay Thai journey with him next year when we're back in Koh Phangan.

I love this place. Such a great, relaxed and friendly vibe here. The staff is very friendly and always smiling and welcoming. I trained with Nenad for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it. He's a great person and trainer and we had so much fun too! Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend taking Muay Thai classes with Jay. Super friendly and super instructive, taken a few classes already and have learned a ton. If your looking to learn seek him out at evolve! The gym itself is great as well. Has everything you need plus ice baths and saunas.

I took several lesson on Thai box with Max .. fabulous experience.. he made every thing simple for me but very tough.. I was always satisfied and so happy after the lesson … I don’t know why but after a lesson completely destroyed I want to have another one the next day . He geive me so much !! So positive energy!! Thanks Max you’ll be always on my positive thoughts
