If you are looking to buy a property in Phuket, I highly recommend Paul Over of Thai Residential. I originally met Paul in December of 2022 and he showed me several properties in the Bangtao Beach area. I am a US citizen and, as it was my first time to Phuket, I wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger. Nonetheless, Paul was very patient and explained the home buying process in great detail. I went back to the US at the end of February of 2023 and let Paul know of my intention to return in December of 2023.
While in the US, I was contacted by Paul about a 3 bedroom townhouse that became available in Laguna Park. Paul knew I was an avid golfer and thought the property would be a good fit. He couldn’t have been more right! Paul was able to do a WhatsApp video walkthrough with me and assist me in making an offer and negotiating the purchase price. Paul assisted with the drafting of the Reservation’s Agreement and helped me to find a home inspector to ensure that there were no defects in the home. Paul worked closely with the Seller to make sure that all the minor issues identified in the inspection report were properly addressed. Paul coordinated with my real estate attorney leading to a successful closing earlier today. I am now the proud owner of a 3 bedroom townhouse in Laguna Park. All of this was done with me in the US and Paul acting as my eyes and ears in Phuket. I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service I received from Paul Over of Thai Residential!!!

Due to Covid, house hunting in Phuket has been challenging, but around 6 months ago Warren and his incredibly professional team came to my aid and live streamed property after property until I found what I was looking for. I had been trying to sell my villa in Kamala for quite some time, but was lucky enough to meet Warren and get him on my side after not having much luck with other brokers. We recently completed quite substantial property acquisition in Phuket dealing with Warren and his team at Thai Residential. We actually were looking at a wide range of properties via different Phuket based real estate agents and came across Warren just by pure coincidence. After just few emails and brief what’s app chats I could tell that Warren was very experienced and professional. I personally found that his work etiquette and knowledge of the Phuket real estate market put him way above any other agent we encountered during our search. He clearly understood what we were looking for and didn’t waste any time suggesting properties what didn’t meet our requirements also there wasn’t any pressure or unrealistic expectations. He and his’s team found suitable property for us in a couple months. Whole viewing and negotiation due to previous travel restrictions was conducted via internet virtually. The purchase involved multiple land holdings so it was quite complicated, but with Warrens and Pauls assistance whole process went smooth as silk.
