120 baht per visit or 1400 per month. Current promotion is 2 people for the price of 1 on monthly membership (700 each). Sometimes the monthly price is reduced to 990 per month so check the promotion at that time.

The gym is air-conditioned better than most and us very spacious. It is my preferred gym during covid times.

They are missing a stepping machine and a rower, which I would never usually use but would ideal for anyone taking time off running due to knee injury or shin splints. They do have 2 Elliptical machines though.

I'd recommend to take your own hand towel like at most gyms.

Nice gym - spacious, good equipment - weights and machines - and facilities. 160b a time with membership options.

Good mixture of older and younger people - male and female. Lots of Farangs as well.

Good and new equipment, airy and fresh training area. Quite excellent prices, now Student promotion 600baht and whole day training 900baht if you make three month deal. Open early to late. Very clean and nice changing room. Bit full after 17.00hrs. A lot of personal trainers.

Clean new equipment well organized priced right. No swimming pool. No elevator for handicapped.

Nice Gym and very helpful and friendly staff.
