Lek Rental

Excellent service, I emailed before I left Perth, Australia. Told them date, time, flight number, 7 seater vehicle required and arranged everything easily for the driver to deliver to hotel in Udon Thani.
Went to Phuket for a week then up to Udon, called the morning we left Phuket and agreed on meeting place at hotel.
Arrived on time and very easy hand over. Left Udon 3 days later for a few days in Pattaya, met me at airport early in morning to return car and then met me back at airport at night upon return to Udon, and then collected from private address when we left Udon.
All the way through phone communication was easy with no hassles on working out times and meeting places.
Will definitely be using them again, excellent service, excellent price.

Excellent, first class and professional. We dealt with Bob initially via email, then over the phone. His team were on time, professional and the car was in first class order. We enjoyed dealing with Bob and would have no hesitation in dealing with Lek Car Rental again!

Called on the morning of my flight because another place cancelled on me at very short notice and they had a truck ready for me by the time I landed in udon thani. Literally saved my weekend. Truck was a little beaten up inside and out but for the price of their daily rates and deposit no complaints. Probably the cheapest rental for trucks in Udon. Got my deposit back in full despite me mixing up my return times. Really would recommend and will use next time I go to Udon.

Excellent Service! everything went very smoothly and Bob was a pleasure to deal with, I hired the new Ford Wildtrack which was a totally awesome experience, booked it again for Christmas and I can’t wait!

I have been using Lekk car rentals once or twice a year for 10 years now. With the service that I receive, comprehensive insurance and reliability of vehicles that I have hired over the 10 years, I have no desire to hire from another company.

Booked a very nice 4 wheel drive Vigo online quick easy and reasonably priced, straightforward and a good deal. I did quite a bit of research on prices and Leks seemed better value than what else what was on offer. Truck was dropped off at our resort on time nice and clean with a full tank of fuel, All good and would recommend them every time. Thanks again '

3 stars for good timely communication via email. The man that delivered and picked up SUV at UD airport is amazing (khun Bawn his name?), really helpful. Vehicle drove pretty good and the space for 7 people was more than enough. Didn’t know it but we rented an older model Fortuner. Unfortunately this is not a 5 star review due to issues with registration tags and AC for rear passengers not working. Along with one of the seatbelts not latching (middle passenger , 2nd row). I think I expected too much as I am used to car rental from USA. Where they would immediately change vehicles if you are unhappy with first choice but “TiT”….I should have asked more probing questions prior to renting or made sure it was a newer type model. I would assume from time of payment in advance to time if delivery that anny pre-existing issues with SUV would be handled before renting it out to next customer. So know I know how it is renting in Isaan. All in all if they had newer SUVs I would use them again.
