The car was nice,well maintained, with internet, Google maps etc.
The team was very flexible for the early morning delivery at the UD train station and the drop off at the airport.

It's been 4 long years since I last used UD car rental and you would expect things to change but still a fantastic service delivered to the airport and collected, The staff can't do enough to make your rental experience a happy one, there's only one company to use UD.

It was our first time renting a car with UD Car Rent but it won't be the last time.
Although the car we booked was due to a technical issue unavailable, the communication about this was good and the replacement car was good and almost new.
We picked the car up at the airport and returned it also there. There was a tiny issue with the return of the car as nobody was there when we were at the airport but after a call they where there within 15 minutes.

Excellent experience with UD Car rent

From initial booking through to delivery and return, I was particularly impressed by their communication and flexibility.
The car was new and the representative was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The car has a GPS navigator as standard, wifi was extremely useful; pricing was much better than the other companies. No problems whatsoever so I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending UD Car rental services.

As always very friendly contact (Nok & Nui) and super service and cars. For years UD Car Rent has been our preferred car rental company in Udon Thani.

We needed a car at short notice and the staff did everything they could to get us a car and get us on our way. Great service highly recommended. See you again in April.

I rented the Mitsubishi xpander, the car was in excellent condition, the price is very reasonable. From my personal experience I would recommend UD car rent for anyone who goes to Udon Thani, the service is excellent, the staff are very nice and English speaking and are always there to support you in case you need it. From the initial contact till the collection of the vehicle at the end of the rental, everything was flawless. I highly recommend this company.

They provide an efficient service and are quick to rectify any issues such as faulty satnav .Such things can happen but when it did for me their response was swift and dealt with the issue very well. Would recommend this company and I will use again.

Mr Nui was professional to deal with in every way and UD Car Rental is setting a new standard for car rental in Thailand.
If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, a laminated page in the clove box ,listing hints to use Sat Nav, Wi-Fi and Dash Cam ,would be a great help.
Especially for the older driver that might not be all over new technology today.

Great service from UD car rental, easy from start to finish, good price also, will definitely use again

UD Car Rental provided good professional service. They were ready at the airport when we arrived and arrived just shortly after I called them to return the vehicle. I am very pleased with the service. Mr. Nui has very good English which makes communication easy if you don’t speak Thai fluently.

For anyone choosing to use UD Car I recommend connecting with them on the Line app. They respond in a timely manner through the app and sent photos with clear instructions about where to meet them.

It should be noted that their website was not up to date with the information about which vehicles were actually available. I originally chose a double cab pick-up through the site to find out later it was not available. Communicating through Line or a phone call can ensure that you get the vehicle you need.

My extended family of 5 rented an Isuzu DMax from UD Car Rent for 10 days in September 2022. When the car was delivered to our hotel the petrol tank was full and the car was in great condition. We did a lot of kilometres over the 10 day period and the car performed perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending UD Car Rent, Mr. Nui and his team and will be sure to use their services on our next holiday.

If in Udon Thani and think about car rental? Don’t hesitate, this company provided maximum service for us, very friendly and accurate, pickup and return at the airport was no problem. UD Car Rental always does a good job meeting on time and when bringing the car back. The cars are clean and well-maintained. I usually deal with Nok and she is nice and professional.

I recently visited Udon Thani and needed to rent a truck to help a friend move their afterschool program to a new building. The UD Car rent staff showed up on time at the airport parking lot with the truck, were extremely polite and professional as we did a walk through of the truck, at which time the staff pointed out a couple of minor dents. Overall the condition of the truck was very clean, communication good. There was one issue when after the web site indicated the truck was available and the transaction was completed, I received an email the next day indicating that the truck was only available up to the day before I was to fly out, but they could arrange to meet at the airport to swap the truck for another car. I opted for that plan, since the moving would have already been done. I decided not to dock them a star for this, because the website could have just as easily indicated the truck wasn't available at all because it wasn't available for the last two days of my trip. Swapping cars the day before I was scheduled to depart was an inconvenience, but less of an inconvenience than not having a truck at all, and the staff was again punctual for the car swap and the final drop off. One tip I was given by my friend was to get the car washed and cleaned inside before returning it to ensure getting your full deposit back. In Udon Thani, we dropped the truck (and the car) off at a service on floor 2 1/2 of the parking garage of the Central Plaza mall. It was a 60-90 wait and cost 400-500 baht depending on the level of service.
