-only one squat rack, would probably be good with one or two more
-No weights in the calisthenics area

Perfect tropical gym surrounded by nature and sea with lovely outdoor calisthenics area that’s more than enough for my workout. Good enough small sauna with super ice cold ice bath full of big chunks of ice all day long (from 10AM).

This is close to my idea of a perfect gym.

The best part of this place definitely have saunas and ice bath - cozy place where you can spend hours relaxing. Gym is small, old equipment and almost always a lot of people. Price for gym and saunas is 250 thb which is cheap compared to other places. I have been there a few times but mostly because of the saunas and that’s why I am giving 5 stars 🙂

Great range of equipment and gym spaces, including an air-conned room upstairs with running machines. Staff really friendly. Can get quite busy but everyone really friendly. Ice bath and saunas are incredible!

The gym is very new and so are the equipments. Upstairs has AC and amazing seaview. Ground floor and outdoor part are very pleasant even without AC. Owner very sweet and staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place. Good space both indoors and outdoors, bumper plates, functional fitness area, rowing machines, and all brand new. Plus, the staff is very friendly and keep the place spotless. Best gym I've been to in Thailand.

I visited several gyms during my stay in Koh Phangan, and this one clearly topped the list. It seems to be the first choice for most people living in the area as well.

The pricing is fair, and the equipment is in good condition and met all my needs.

Upstairs, there's a room with air conditioning, housing various cardio machines and weights. There's also an outdoor CrossFit-style area. But the highlight has to be the ice bath and sauna section. Each day apart from sundays, they set up a large ice bath that can accommodate 4-5 people, filled with big ice cubes. There are four saunas that get really hot, and they light a bonfire every evening.

Best gym on the island!
Love the ice Bath and sauna! The owner is incredible. He takes people input seriously and makes changes very quickly! I wouldn't workout anywhere else on this island!
And great people workout here..I have the best conversations there!

This gym has a great atmosphere - the gym, sauna, and ice bath are all great, but the best part is the interesting people you meet here. It has a special vibe that's hard to describe in words.

My absolute favourite gym, everything you need including AC cardio area, dry sauna, steam room and ice bath. Plus they have a grumpy elderly dog making everyones day better, what else do you need? <3

Great gym for the price - 150 baht gym only entrance. Great views & lots of different areas for different workouts (cardio area, weights room & outdoor area with punch bag etc)

Most beautiful fitness center on the island. Opened quite recently about a year ago, located about 1km north of Hin Kong road. Good seaview from the 1st floor, this room has air conditioning. Many classes available in garden open space with big mirrors. The garden is super lovely and offers sauna and hammam. Prices are fair for this quality of service

I have been living in Bangkok for 5 years and just now got to visit this island and I must say I’m loving this gym. It is very clean with beautiful sea view and beautiful garden. All their staff are very friendly. This is the best gym on this island in my opinion.

Xantiva is absolutely amazing! The place is gorgeous, immersed in nature with a beautiful garden of flowers.. It truly feels like paradise. The gym provides everything you need for a perfect workout session, a lot of variety and friendly staff. I love hanging out in the garden after training
