I was here several times because of my scooter accident wounds. Very professional and clean. Nurses and doctor are amazing. They still keep in touch while I am traveling via email because there is no doctor on the small islands available!!! I appreciate this. Thank you so much. So if you have a problem go here for sure !!!

They performed a small surgery on my cousin, they were explicative, nice and professional.

Came in after a surprise pufferfish sting – honestly thought I'd become part of a weird ocean statistic. The staff here were awesome. Super professional, polite, and really attentive, always checking in on me. They laid out all the costs upfront, which were pretty reasonable, and my insurance covered it all, so no stress there. Considering I came in expecting the worst, the whole experience was surprisingly chill. Big thanks to everyone here for making a bizarre day way better!

Absolutely incredible clinic. I had 2 surgeries in the last 7 months both which resulted in some intense infections. This clinic got me healed right up and treated the situation very seriously and delicately. Such kind humans! Highly recommend!!!!!

Been here with a infection under my toenail after a small accident. Nothing major, but they treated me well and I liked the professionalism. Thank you! That local anaesthesia did hurt a bit, I’m not gonna lie.

We caught dengue fever and they really looked after us. They were really friendly and made us feel at ease. The follow up care was really good. Definitely recommend them.

Amazing! My time in Koh Phangan was great but filled with infections, and the great professionals at UMC made sure I defeated them all and was healthy and taken care of during the process.

If you ever need any medical care while staying in koh panghan this is the place you should go to.

I came there after I had a motorbike accident with several injuries.
I received the best treatment I could ask for by the team of ANGELS that work there.
They made me feel safe and calm even when I went through some of the worst pain I've ever felt.
They are very gentle, polite, welcoming and caring to who ever comes there for any treatment, and the clinic is very clean.

Thank you so much for everything, you made my recovery a lot easier than i expected.

Simply fantastic, professional, accurate and kind. Everyone Is great from the doctor tò the nurses. You saved my Life the 15th february when you were about tò close but you stayed with me putting 18 stitches in my right feet.

I received excellent help here for an ascending UTI. Treatment and costs were explained with transparency, professionalism and care. All staff do their utmost to look after you with kindness in this clean, safe facility. Wish I had a doctor like this back in the UK.

I got bitten by a cat since 2 days. I have been at other hospital which they not gave me a proper treatment, my wounds became infection. Spent the day here with an infection - better experience than back home, so clean and so friendly! The staff are so knowledgable and really took good care of me. They explain all the costs upfront before you agree to anything and make sure you have documentation to provide to your insurance. I had thorough checks including blood tests and IV drip. I was very well taken care of. The doctors and nurses are very friendly, competent and professional. The cost of the consultation and treatment is communicated in advance, the prices are reasonable.

The best medical experience I've had, anywhere, ever.

I arrived with my partner, who had Dengue Fever. Within 2 mins of entering, they were testing his blood pressure, we then went straight in to see the nurse and were in front of a Doctor with in 5-10 minutes. They were very transparent with pricing, and everything was very reasonably priced. Everyone is kind and speaks English. When we had to stay for a for a few hours to get an IV, they offered us free lunch. And when we had to transfer to the hospital, they offered to drive us back to our accommodation to pick up our things.

The only downside is that they are not a hospital. So, if you require overnight observation or emergency care, you need to go to a hospital. That said, I'm definitely glad we started here and didn't go straight to the hospital, which was a less pleasant experience and WAY more expensive.

Very good doctor with friendly staff. I can only recommend the practice to you if you are not well. I had a bacterial infection in my ear and was treated very well. Swabs were also sent to the lab so medications could be adjusted for me. The price was very good for the good treatment and lab reports. After the findings were evaluated, the practice even wrote to me about the best medication I should still buy. Thank you!!

My husband had high fever and caugh, so we decided to go to United Medical Center and It was very good choice. Everybody was helpful and nice. When we didn’t understand everything in english, they used translater and explained everything perfectly, we appreciate it! Thank you very much.

I’ve bene there for a strong cojunctivitis and I reccommend this medical center. the place is super clean, staff super nice, knowledgeable staff and they handled my case really quickly and efficiently. they explained everything to me very clearly, they supplied me directly with the necessary medicines, even on costs, they were extremely transparent and they also monitored me with check-ups. Super recommended.

I was very ill for two days before I looked for help. When I did seek it, United Medical Center stood out as a place that knowledgeable and cares well for their patients. The level of care I received was outstanding. They were able to run blood tests, diagnose, and treat my illness in the same day. They were very clear and upfront about all the costs involved. My interactions with every staff member were kind and respectful. I would give this place 6 starts if I could. Thank you to the Dr. and her team for taking such good care of me.
