I took here a Traditional Thai Massage course. It was guided by the owner of this place Jeab, who is a genuine and welcoming person. She taught us a lot not only about Thai massage but also about Thai culture. The course lasted 5 days, 5-6 hours a week.

The center offers a yoga classes, good massage and best coffee we have tried in the island. Yoga classes and massage was great.

It’s a small place. So if you arrive for massage without an appointment you sometimes might have to wait a little bit. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the surrounding.

Also they provide an accommodation. If you stay there for massage course I suggest you to stay there. They offer bungalows with aircon, a little basic kitchen and a balcony for a really reasonable price.

I absolutely loved this place!

The best atmosphere coffee shop in Ko Phangan. The environment is stunning and taste of hot cocoa is good with right temperature. The owner is an interior designer, so you will touch nice decorations. Music also good. I love this place.

The best place for massages, yoga classes and even a cup of coffee in Koh Phangan. I go to Koh phangan over 15 years and received massages at Siam healing center many times, and I was never disappointed. The owner Jeab is a wonderful massage teacher too. A beautiful, quiet oasis in Thong Sala!

This was such a perfect accidental find. I only came to get some coffee. But I hadn’t been feeling well and was so grateful to find some kombucha! Calm, peaceful, great coffee (very reasonably priced) and just such a beautiful space! They play old records too. Coming back tomorrow for sure!

An absolute jewel, hidden off the main road, you would think your already in a jungle setting. For 1,200 bht per night we got a clean, very spacious, air=conditioned double bed apartment, kitchen with cooking rings and basic utensils ( which is handy as there is a large Makro supermarket for all your food/drink/sundry needs, just metres away on the main rd) with a massive balcony,. Much thought has gone into the decor and traditional design of the open plan reception area and cafe, (which sells the best coffee I have ever tasted in Thailand) which is in total harmony with the lush wooded surroundings. Located just off the main road from Thong Sala to Haad Rin you are spoiled for the choice of nearby restaurants and shops, and only a short walk to the night market. The beach is only a few minutes walk away and is perfectly located for those amazing island sunsets. The perfect place to stop off and spend a day or 3 chilling/climatising after a long coach/ferry journey from Bangkok to Koh=phangan. They also offer yoga and therapies. I have to say I had the best massage I have ever had in Thailand, thorough, precise, relaxing, set in a traditional bamboo, wall free/ open plan structure, with the sound of the nearby sea and wildlife, perfect place to meditate or do yoga. My only criticism..... there was confusion over our booking as we just turned up at last minute ( night of full moon party madness) and were only able to stay 2 nights ( after agreeing to 3) due to a yoga retreat block booking. However, this was no problem as we were given extra time to check out, till we secured accommodation in Had Rin ( only a 15 minute baht cab ride away), which was deserted post Full Moon Party. Would definitely stay again en route to the tri=bay area, east of Had Rin.

Never used the housing, but the whole space was very nice and peaceful. The lady that runs this place is quite unique and really takes care that everything is in the right place.

I did a massage course there and was very happy with the process and the result. I also saw yoga classes taki g place in the next balcony - very professional. They also make a good coffee.

When I was there, they were having a galery set up in the next building, hence the paintings.

Lovely place! Very authentic and quiet.
Once a month there is an art market with live music and different art and craft stuff.
They also rent houses with lake views.
And also there is the restaurant nearby.
The food is great! There is also a local artist's studio there. He makes installations for all Koh Phangan and not only.

Tranquil, peaceful, delicious coffee, excellent and affordable accommodation. Lovely welcoming hosts. Yoga... massage... walking distance to plenty of great restaurants. Recommended!

My girlfriend and I did a 30 hours Thai massage course. Jeab, our teacher, was wonderful and taught us so much and gave us confidence to use our new skills elsewhere. Highly recommended for someone looking for thorough and effective Thai massage! We also stayed at the resort. In an affordable and very comfortable bungalow with a balcony overlooking butterflies, a large pond and greenery. A nice coffee shop is on site also. Great experience.

Great place to learn and get a massage. Place is unbelievably beautiful!

Came here for Thai massages, which are done upstairs in the open air. There weren't any mosquitoes when we went, and it was a super relaxing and serene environment. Great massages and friendly massage therapists too. Only thing is they have limited availability so you do have to book in advance.

I enjoyed my stay here SO much. The bungalow was so cute and came with everything (kitchen, bathroom, AC, great view of the river). There are so many animals like cows, ducks, and dogs roaming in the area. 1000 baht for a night was such a steal. They offer yoga classes here as well. A must stay when you're trying to escape from the craziness of partying on the island!

One of the longest massage place on the Island. I was 20 years ago here, and it is still going on!

Onse a month there are great ArtMarkets hapening! Dont miss it!

They offer a sport message and it's legit! Very few places can make me tap out, the masseuse found every knot and pressure point and applied plenty of pressure. I left all three times feeling refreshed and like my muscles had actually improved. Best massages I've had in Thailand!

The Siam Healing Centre is the only place that I'll stay in when I visit Ko Pha-ngan. It's a gorgeous oasis in the middle of a hectic town and up to now it's been my best kept secret.

There's an on site yoga studio and an excellent on-site cafe selling proper coffees and teas. I had an amazing Thai massage on site and I also took a Thai massage course.

The English speaking owner and Thai massage tutor Jeab is amazing - lovely and warm with a great sense of humour and a great sense of taste and style. If you need any advice on what to do locally she'll help.

The rooms are spacious and super clean and quiet even though you're close to the hustle bustle. You actually feel as if you're living in a secret garden (No joke). Highly recommended and a memorable, magical experience. Thank you Jeab, I hope to see you soon!

I stayed here for about a week, it's the most zen and beautiful place to stay if you're in Thong Sala. I love the vibe, the rooms are super nice! And they have this awesome coffee shop for chilling/writing/working (good coffee too!), yoga classes and the BEST massages on the island - seriously this is where you need to go to get a massage if you're in Koh Phangan :)

We spent 2 amazing weeks in SIAM healing center.
Basically, everything was far beyond our expectations :
- quality and diversity of yoga classes
- peacefullness, location and quality of the bungalow
- quality of the massage course (we were a group of 3 to do foot massage certification). Jeab, the owner is definitely a top class teacher !
