Baan Manali Resort

We stayed 6 nights in December in this beautiful Resort. Everything in the resort was perfect. The huts were really embedded in the nature, giving a very natural feeling. We thank Jame and the entire team for the very good service.The pool was supernice, the beach and the sea was awesome. Very nice also for kids

We had a adult family holiday for 7 days. Quiet and peaceful, units are arranged not to invade any privacy. Beds were comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was delicious. Great coffee!! Owners helpful without being invasive. Hotel is close to pier, restaurants and 7 Eleven.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the small house with a hammock, the pool with a view of the sea and the island, the opportunity to relax on the beach or in the garden, the restaurant with an excellent, sustainable and healthy breakfast that is always fresh. Simple but very clean and well maintained. The staff always friendly and helpful. Always with good tips and recommendations aside. A little paradise. A little piece of heaven on earth! Absolutely loved our stay at Baan Manali Resort. We have been coming for years and we love it every time. The owners and staff are so nice and welcoming and we feel right at home straight away. The resort is located right on the beach with a pool as well and everything is so well maintained. The resort has such a relaxing and tropical vibe surrounded by lush nature and the most amazing view of the entire bay. Such a great place for families as the beach is very child friendly and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards. The location is perfect and just a very short walk from the main town which has a ton of restaurants and shops. The rooms are beautiful designed, super clean and have everything you would need. Love the attention to details and the cozy feeling. Big comfy bed and balcony with table and chairs plus the hammock which we really enjoyed. The food is some of the best we have had in Thailand. A vide selection of tasty and delicious Thai dishes mixed with a great selection of European and Mediterranean dishes. The dip plate and the Burmese Salad is to die for and eating it in such beautiful surroundings right on the beach is just breathtaking. Overall definitely recommend staying here and we cant wait to come back!

We had the standard bungalow. The bed was big with a great mattress. The shower was pretty good (hot water and decent water pressure). We loved that housekeeping tidied up the bungalow daily, with clean towels when needed. Aircon worked really well. The restaurant was VERY good and accomodating. Big portions, requested changes to the menu were done perfectly and without any difficulties. And probably the best espresso we have had during our 6 week trip. We loved that they offered much more than the usual banana pancakes or fried eggs. We stayed there for 6 days and we tried many different menu options - none of them dissapointed!
The swimming pool was nice and cold, so perfect to cool down. The beach itself was not suited for swimming when we were there (due to the tide), but we explored other beaches by motorbike (rented it at MangKorn just on the corner when you reach the street) where we could swim. It was very convenient to have the sunset right at the beach, so no need to go out and about to catch the sunset somewhere else.

Beautiful bungalow resort idyllically embedded in the green nature. The resort is very well maintained and kept clean. You can enjoy a stunning sunset at the pool and beach area in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. Everything at very fair price & conditions. We will come again…

Excellent place! Perfect to rest, disconnect and relax. The service staff is very good, the owners are always available and make everyone feel special, and the bar and its meals are unique and highly recommended! Tip: sit at the bar to watch the sunset and drink something tasty that the waiters recommend :)
For sure I'll come back!!

We love this tropical green-surrounded magical place in Kohphangan right next to a quiet, beautiful beach. It feels like the hosts thought of everything you needed on vacation when they put together such a great atmosphere. Everything is perfect- the food, the location, the facilities. TIP: Make sure you kayak across the resort to the small island!

I am a frequent visitor to koh phangan and recently was recommended Baan Manali by my good friend Paulo. The resort is Sooooo Beautiful! The proprietors Liat and Sebastien are a lovely down to earth couple who always make me feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and professional as well. I've stayed in several different rooms and they are all well appointed and they all have a touch of elegance and style. I love that most the rooms have a porch and a hammock! The location is a perfect slice of paradise right on a private lazy beach, but the main town is just a 10 minute walk from your room. They have a restaurant serving the best coffee on the island and the menu has food choices for all tastes. I'm addicted to the Thai Breakfast with extra chicken! Baan Manali is my favorite place to stay on the island. I will keep coming back to this place again and again.

Perfect location and great resort with French owners. Bungalows are very comfortable with nice beds and mostly silent. Restaurant has excellent breakfast and lunch options. Definitely a recommended stay.

This has actually been the second time for us in Baan Manali Resort. I would recommend it any day. We had a very nice and relaxing stay. The staff is great and very friendly. The Bungalows and the whole Resort is nice and clean. Also the new breakfast concept has been awesome.

I stayed here for the second time (first one in 2019) because its very relaxed vibes and tropical atmosphere, surrounded by lush and nature. A quiet place yet not too far from convenience stores, bar and the Pantip night market which is 15 minutes walk. Recommended 👍🏻

Beautiful, secluded bungalows with private beach and a beach front restaurant. The bungalows are clean, and have everything you need. The family who run it are very helpful and friendly. The staff are great. 15-20 minute walk into town, or 5 minute moped.

It’s worth the price ;) Baan Manali clearly undestood that I am here for a holiday, a break from daily grind. Turned out, I had the most relaxing, laid-back stay here! (2 nights)The hotel’s well-managed; bungalows are regularly clean; the bed’s comfortable and cozy enough for a good sleep. Bathroom is spacious and clean! (Love the earth-friendly touch)
It’s beachfront, nice pool and a restaurant.
You can rent Kayaks (100THB/hour) and SUP board too. I tried kayaking the island across “Ao Nai Wok national park” (?) and it’s satisfying! ;)

It’s walking distance to Pantip Market and restaurants, close to the pier too. There’s 7/11 shop by the road which is very convenient 😅 There are motorbike rentals Just before entering the resort’s vicinity.

If you’re like me who values peaceful sleep, blissful, worth-it-kind-of-vacation… this place fits you. ;)

This is a very nice place, simple but with everything necessary to have a great stay. We really loved the food there. During most of the year you won’t be able to swim on the beach, as it is very shallow.

Spend 2 weeks in this lovely family resort with kids in all ages.. Stuff could not be nicer, and also the owners are so welcoming, rooms are big and well maintained as well as the whole resort.. highly recommend for those who seek for quite time in phangan..

Amazing help and hospitality by the staff, besides of the pretty, clean and spacious bungalows. The owner went out if his way by dropping us off at the ferry after poor planning from our side. Thanks once again!

The best place to be in Koh Phangan for me. The garden on the sand and the private beach make me feel relax. The bungalow is very confortable and clean. The food at the restaurant is just amazing. The staff very Nice and available. I recommend a lot. Thank you
