This immigration office is really well organized and the officers are very friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure going there. I have never been disappointed.

1351: Took a ticket from the machine at the entrance for two certificates of residence.

1417: My number was called and I handed over my documents (TM 30 for the serviced apartment, lease agreement, 2 photos, passport with retirement visa and TM 6 card).

I was then asked to wait outside.

1427: I was called and asked to pay 500 THB.

My experience was .an happy one , being there early is a must 👌 , was in.and out within an hour or so , the immigration officers where very peasant and helpful,

I needed to extend my O-A Visa today and along with a re-entry permit the whole process took 20 minutes. I suggest you be there when they open. There was nobody but me there at 8:30am. Very helpful, kind and straightforward assistance. I am so happy that this is my immigration office.

Just finished annual extension of retirement visa. As always the staff is super professional and courteous. Be good to them, and they will be good to you.
Some advice. Don't go on Monday (busy) and I think better to go in the afternoon. I made the mistake of going about 11 am and waited my turn until noon, then they close until 1 pm. So unless you go early in the morning, you'll probably have to wait until afternoon. That said, I have no complaints.

Friendly staff there. If you have all the documents it should be no problem to get your visa.

Please notice that your residence has to be in Rayong.

I was here for my tourist visa extension. The girl at reception helped me through the process. PROCESS - She will give you 'A' coupon e.g Axxx. Then your number will be called on speaker with respective counter number. Submit your documents at the counter. That counter person will give you 'B' coupon e.g Bxxx. Wait. Then again your coupon number will be called on speaker with another counter number. Go at that counter, make payment and wait for some minutes. The counter guy will give your passport back and tell you that process is finished now. REMEMBER - bring xerox copies of your passport and departure card, copy of hotel booking receipt.

Very helpful and friendly staff as long as everything in order no problems here. Very fast service. Closed for lunch 12 noon to 1pm
