New and modern 'hotel gallery'. The place is decorated with paintings and artwork all the way into bedroom. Excellent services all around. A bit out of the way but definitely worth the drive. Bonus: EV charger (22KW) is now available. Use QR Code on the machine.

Sort of feel like a 5-star hotel, minus the amenities. We stayed in a cottage, which is quite small, but still nice. Our unit didn't have a good view.

They have interesting art pieces, a garden with a lake, free boating and bicycles, free snacks, fruit and drinks, welcome drink and cake, decent breakfast. And a pool which almost no one swims in, as it is next to the snack area.

The place is surrounded by rice fields, so who cycles to explore the surroundings.

The rooms were located among the garden. View from the room was amazing 🍃 The staffs were friendly and informative. The atmosphere very cosy hotel, many types of rooms are available to choose. I went with my friends and they all loved it. If you are looking for the hotel in Chiang Rai, I would recommend this place ✨

We stayed here for one night and I wish we had stayed for a full week. Firstly, the property itself is so beautiful. The rooms are equipped with high tech buttons and equipment, they are spacious and so clean. We stayed in the Deluxe king bed room and it was stunning. The farm view from our room was surreal. The hotel has great amenities such as 24/7 free supply of water bottles, snacks, fresh fruits, snacks, etc. The food at the cafe is excellent. All the staff members are warm, welcoming and helpful. They answer quickly to all your questions on WhatsApp and even arranged a taxi for us to go sightseeing at a good price. This hotel is great to stay the night at if you want to get an early head start to see the white temple (since it’s 5 mins away) and other sightseeing. I’ll definitely miss this hotel and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you so much for the welcome stay to the staff at Doowall Hotel ❤

I really love this hotel.

I give location a 4 star not because its bad, but some might think its far from city (think its about 30mins). But to me, it doesn't matter as we hired a driver to bring us around Chiang Rai for the day, and the few main temples are not exactly inside the city anyway.

This hotel located near the famous white temple. Around 5 mins drive. Although its located at quite a secluded area but trust me, when you are in the hotel, you wouldn't want to leave.

The service is tip top. All staff are super attentive & proactive. When new guests arrive, few will immediately come to the entrance to welcome you & help you with your luggage. Then, you will be served with a welcome drink while you do your check in, also a welcome dessert (i get a nice ring cake) which will be served once you get into your room. I also noticed that when guests that come back to the hotel at night, staff would walk to the car, with a torchlight, to help and lead the guests into the hotel as it is dark outside. Really thoughtful. During checkout, the staff would be at our door waiting for us to help us bring the luggage down. All staff are very polite, attentive & accommodative. Thank you, to all of you.

The room I got was a deluxe quadruple room, which comes with 2 queen size bed. The view from my room is spectacular. Every morning we are greeted with the greeneries outside. Room is huge, toilet and bathroom are separated. Towels, indoor slippers as well as bathroom slippers are provided.

The scenery outside of the hotel is so beautiful. You can dine at the lobby which you can have a view of the small pool & greeneries, or you can dine at the coffee house area, where you can also have a pretty good view outside. There is also a small lake where you can see fishes and ride the pedal boat haha. You can also dine outdoor, there are plenty of seats and tables. I can just sit outside all day looking at the view.

The package we took inclusive of breakfast. Guests will be requested to choose the breakfast they want so they can prep it the next day. And they will also ask for the time you'd like to have the breakfast. They would also give a call 10mins before the stipulated time as a reminder and / or if you would like to reschedule to a later time.

We also ordered from their dinner menu on our first night as we didn't want to go out. Food were delicious. Price of food is reasonable.

During checkout, guests also were given a parting gift. How thoughtful.

Oh. And they also provide free water bottles, free coffee, basic food like bread, instant noodles, fruits, all for free. Guests can have them anytime, just go to the lobby & grab it.

Thank you Doowall, 3 star hotel with a 5 star experience. If I visit Chiang Rai again, I'd stay here for sure. Recommended to all.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Thailand, and reasonably priced as well! The rooms were modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The environment was pleasant and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Northern Thai countryside. The food from the cafe and restaurant was good quality and inexpensive, with a variety of options, including a make-it-yourself pork barbecue. What really set the hotel apart though was the service, which was always attentive, but not overbearing, and immediately responded to any needs or concerns with a smile and helpful attitude. I can't adequately express how pleasant and enjoyable the experience there was!

We stayed in Doowall as a couple for two nights and I cannot stop raving on about it. The staff were so attentive and kind. They really took care of us every step of the way. The reception team was one of the best team I have ever experienced. The rooms are so clean and beautiful. We stayed in one of the pool rooms but they didn’t have availability for two nights so I recommend to book these rooms in advance! Food was really nice and tasty - affordable aswell. I liked that they provide water and snacks 24/7 for free. That was a nice touch!

What an amazing hotel. The staff work very friendly and the rooms were extremely clean and very new to view from my room was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Was wow by their hospitality. Get ready to be greeted at the car park and all the way leading to the check in reception. You will be served with a welcome drink followed by a welcome cake after you settled in the room. Thumbs up! My Room is located at level 2 overseeing the rice padi field, modern, spacious with full a great view.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed, first class service, cozy room and bed, serene environment, friendly service staff and etc. I highly recommend this hotel. If you want to enjoy rural serenity, you cannot miss Doowall Hotel & Gallery 👍👍👍👍👍

Very quiet place, 30 min walk to the white tempel. The Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

The hotel is amazing. It's quite unique, mix of arts gallery and hotel. Beside the hotel is a rice fields. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provide free coffee, snacks, apple, banana, water 24 hours with free of charge. Breakfast is not buffet, but still very good. The hotel is not too far from White temple and Singpark. Anyway, you need to get a car to get to the hotel.

My first impression is not the place but their staff. They're too nice and well trained all staff are friendly and eager to help whenever they see you pass by with something and are very respectful to guess privacy. I'll give 10 stars to all the staff the place is also a nice chilling vibe with rice fields and carb in the pond to calm your mind whenever you look at them. I'd so recommended this place as one of the best in chiang rai.

Lovely stay here, I was amazed by the cottage interior design also was lucky to stay in front of lake. The room is not too big but small with all the possible amenities. Also the shower water was hot and the room was clean also smell good. If you are looking unique quiet stay in Chiang Rai, for sure this is it.

As a couple from an extremely touristy country and working in hospitality, we stayed at the tiny house by the lake and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was perfect, friendly and really helpful.
