H2O Original PADI 5-Star Center

We had a wonderful diving tour with an amazing diving instructor! Never dived before, but we always felt safe and comfortable, now loving it and surely will dive again! We highly recommend Ersel as a diving instructor and the H2O team for tours! Friendly, helpful, well organized - thank you so much for the great experience!

Super satisfied. I really couldn’t find anything that could be better except the weather conditions. All crew of this diving organization from office, skipper, dive masters, instructors and owner are excellent professionals and warm, caring people. They made our stay and the dives unforgettable. Special thanks to instructor Ersel that inspired my daughter to dive, Gil for her enthusiasm, Antoine for his humor, Alis for all the arrangements and information of the rest of the island highlights and off course Lee for his excellent dive knowledge and guidance. I almost forgot the person that prepares the lunch. Really tasty. We will be back one day to give it another chance and see the whale sharks. Also worthy to know that the whole organization is super environment friendly and caring for our planet

We did our PADI open water course here and couldn't have had a better experience.
Ersel was the calmest and most reassuring teacher we could have asked for when entering the world of diving. He patiently answered all of our many questions and was very helpful with everything. Now he's got us hooked for more dives for sure👌🏻
The whole crew was super friendly, fun and professional and the dive spots we went to were absolutely beautiful.

Super friendly and professional staff. Great speedboat that took us to Ang Thong National Marinepark.
2 dives and a lunch, dives were amazing, so many beautiful fish, turtles, loved the corals.

Did the refreshment course (takes you less than an hour and makes you feel safe after 5 years without diving, excellent explanation, well done Lee) too.
If you go for diving at Koh Phangan definitely book at H2O. Worth every bath. Thanks for a wonderful extraordinary great day!

I can recommend this dive shop 100%! I had the best time on a fun dive in Ang Thong Marine Park with my instructor Nash and signed up for an Advanced Open Water course right after the first diving trip.
I felt extremely safe the entire time and everything was explained so well! They have a speedboat for a smaller group, which is amazing, as you don’t dive with hundreds of people and get to see more marine life :).
My instructor Nash was by far the best diving teacher I have had and the whole experience diving with this company was just the best!!
Nash also took some amaaziing photos underwater 😊

Amazing team you are H2O. Excellent from communication, dive planning, equipment, speed boat, time keeping and most of all the knowledge of the dive sites and when best to go. Alis and Lee make a great team and I thoroughly would recommend if you go diving in Koh Phan Ngan that you do it with these guys.

Just had a lovely day out with H2O snorkelling around Koh Tao. Lee and Alice are lovely and very professional and Winston is full of beans. The whole team were great and you feel very safe. The snorkelling/dive spots were awesome. Us snorkelers got a guided tour with Lee, and as usual it was nice to meet fellow travellers. We saw lots of corals, lots of different fish and weird and wonderful slugs. The divers also had a great time and saw a shark. Highly recommended and will be back in the future for a dive.

If I could give H2O 6 stars, it wouldn’t be enough. They truly go above and beyond to give you the best possible diving experience. I dived with them on 3 days: 2 days at Ang Thong and another 3-dive safari for a few deeper dives. The instructors Nash and Ercel were both absolutely phenomenal, professional, friendly, helpful, fun. And everyone else I interacted with, from the other instructors to the boat crew, just made the days even more enjoyable.

(Bonus: dive with Nash and he’ll capture some great underwater photos for you!)

While you’ll pay more than other shops in the area, you won’t regret it. They intentionally go to spots that other dive centers don’t, and they avoid busy times so you have the reef almost completely to yourself.

You’ll also get snacks, a delicious homemade lunch and they provide you with sterilized metal water bottles that they keep refilled for you to avoid all the plastic waste.

I really appreciated that they loaded/unloaded all the gear, assembled the kits, did safety checks, then switched out everything for subsequent dives. Many dive shops take a more DIY approach. At H2O you get VIP treatment!

I could not more highly recommend H2O. If you go once, you’ll want to go back again and again!

Our family of 4 can not recommend H20 Enough!!! My daughter (12) and I (36) completed our PADI open water course with the team and were impressed and thankful for their patience, knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism. Special thanks to our tutor Jean who was an incredible teacher. We dived and snorkeled as a family at many sites including Sail Rock, Ko Tao and Shark Rock that were all wonderful experiences that the team made sure were safe, educational and fun!

The best dive I could ever have, and best day I had in Thailand. I took a discovery dive in Ang Thong. The professional and friendly staff teaches you everything you need. The ride to and from the diving site includes a great lunch with free drinks. The diving instructor prepared us with knowledge of all the kinds of fish and corals that we would encounter. We even saw a three meter long whale shark, and that's on my first dive ever!

I am beginner, afraid of deep water. Booking was super easy via WhatsApp, the manager is very kind, excellent communication, helpful.

The diving was a life changing experience. Super amazing, friendly, fun crew. I had my personal instructor who took my concerns seriously, let me do thing at my pace and guided thorough the waters that are full with fish. I felt safe at all times and experienced something I couldn’t have imagined. I was afraid to start but the feeling that I am in safe hands (I was because the instructors know the waters extremely well and and have years of diving experience) put me at ease especially when I saw the beauty around me in the water. Definitely inspired to do more diving.

A must do experience when in Koh Phangan.

Highly recommended! I booked a speed boat trip to Sail Rock which was really great. Professional and friendly staff, went to the dive site at a time that avoids the crowds. Most of all I loved that I got two really long and good dives because the divers were split up in small groups (max 4 people) according to certification level and experience.

The best diving school in phangan, we stayed in The island for a month and did an advanced open water for me, my wife did a refresh diving and my 9 year old did a bubble maker, it was The best alice The owner is super nice and explained everything.,matt an shein The instructers were The best and diving with them was super relaxing,and verra is thet took my son diving is great, they make u feel like its your family thet u dive with. Thank u very much for u all sure we will meet next time

My husband and I went here for a dive a couple of days ago and it was just a great experience. It was my first dive but my husband is a rather experienced diver - still the team made it possible that both of us had a perfect day at sail rock! The speed boat to sail rock only took 20 minutes and we had a delightful lunch in between our two dives.

We had some brilliant experiences with H2O, that really made our holiday! We went on 3 trips with them and loved every minute of it. Lee and Alis have an excellent team of very professional diving instructors who made us feel completely safe throughout. They are well organized and have excellent knowledge of the dive spots. The groups are small and they plan the trips to the dive
sites for getting there when the crowds have gone. Our 14 yr old went on his first 2 dives with them and is now completely hooked, thanks to his personal instructor Ursel. They also helped us with organizing other trips in the island through their friends in the area. We cannot praise them highly enough.

We had a trip with H20 today, and it was a great experience. We did a "discovery" dive where you dive together with an experienced instructor who takes you literally by the hand (if necessary). For each two beginners, there's one instructor. We always felt completly save and well "guarded".
The trip was well planned, and we had our diving site (Sail Rock) allmost for ourselves. Some other reviewer here criticized the equipment - well, as an amateur, I cannot really judge that, but for me it looked all ok and not outdated or anything. The staff and our instructors where all very friendly and helpful.
It might not be the cheapest thing to do, but it's definetly worth every penny. Highly recommended!
PS Oh, and I know that no one is gonna believe this, but we actually saw a (baby) whale shark on our very first dive. Wow. Simply wow!

Dear H2O Team! What an amazing dive experience we had with you. Our two kids did their open water certificate and couldn't have had a better teacher than Lee! He is an extremely competent and experienced diver and teacher. Also, a big thank you to James who made my husbands (advanced diver) refresh dives a real highlight. A great vibe on the boat and amazing food and drinks along the way. Alis, the organisational talent, makes everything possible ! We will take this trip in our hearts and hope to return some day !!
