NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort

We stayed at nH Boat Lagoon hotel resort as a family early this year. Although it was peak season, the hotel felt private and secluded, but still conveniently located with easy access to many restaurants & a supermarket within the marina area, beaches and other tourist attractions. The family suite was spacious, clean and well equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a lounge, kitchenette and private courtyard. The facilities overall were superb. The kids loved the large pool, the amazing buffet breakfast & kids club. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had the most enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Karma Royal Boat Lagoon
Very well maintaned, spacious rooms, totally safe, cooperative staff and pleasant environment. Everything like groceries, fruits etc available in the lagoon. Shop 7/11 is nearby only. The Lagoon provides free transport to 7/11. Must visit for a relaxing holiday with family and friends

Booked because we had a meeting there. Was beyond our expectations. Great rooms quite hotel everything was convenient. We used the room service and they where helpful. The team help us arrange our commute from there. Many options for food, especially for people with different food limitations near the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and great view on the lagoon.Super recommend to everyone

The place is pretty huge! Would require a shuttle buggy thats on standby 24/7 to bring you around the location.

Staff were friendly, breakfast buffet is good with an awesome pool view! Location of the resort is a little bit of an inconvenience because the main road is super busy most of the times. Otherwise, place is an awesome one!

Magnificent is the way to describe this place. Away from the hustle bustle of busy Phuket, but yet close enough to major attractions. Beautifully appointed rooms with superb views of the harbor and super rich yatchs. Must experience it.

Amazing nice hotel. Not your upscale resort, but really good quality, extremely clean, and friendly staff. It’s a bit out of the way if you want to enjoy the city life, but it’s perfect to get away from all the hustle.

Great breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. Gym and pool well maintained.

Outstanding property located in a very relaxed and well connected with the airport and downtown.
Service is great, Frank (assistant Manager) an outstanding host, and not forgot to mention, the breakfast coffee, one of the bests in town.

AMAZING STAY! Especially the vibes in the marina area where all the boats are docked. Truly is a worth while stay when you’re in Phuket. Location is also accessible to different tourist and local spots.

Buggies available to help in moving faster inside the campus.
All restaurants inside the campus will close by 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
It has nice board walk with yachts parked alongside.
Swimming pool and tarpaulin were good entertainment for kids.
Also the breakfast starting at 6:30 AM is very useful to start our day early for any trips planned.

A very cozy and well kept place. I guess you need a car or rely on the mini busses everyday to go there. But i was looking for a nice and quiet place with a high hotel standard. And that is what i got here.

Located in a millionaire yacht marine in Phukhet overlooking beautiful yachts which could be rented to visit nearby islands.

i stayed at NH Lagoon Resort Vie the Karma Royal Group connection, i loved the setting, they have Main hotel around a large pool / deck arear with restaurant, and also apartments around the boat lagoon with Fantastic views (my apartment was around the lagoon). The food at the hotel is outstanding, i had breakfast there every day and also some evening meals. The Lagoon has several restaurants around the lagoon which are also really Great, so you have lots to choose from. There is large, VERY well stocked supermarket on site, spoilt for choice. I loved this holiday so much that I've just booked to go back next year with Karma Group, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, thank you. Thank you Karma and NH hotel,

Our family are staying in an Apartment. Well laid out with all amenities.
The pool is world class and the surrounding gardens are beautiful.
The restaurant is spacious and airy. The staff are extremely helpful when asked for suggestions. The food is well presented and delicious.
The view into the adjacent boatyard and marina make one feel they have “arrived”

Thanks for the advice for the local tour. Breakfast deal was awesome. Location is Ok if you organise your own transport. Quite location,can be eventful on weekends.

Our 3rd stay at the NH Boat Lagoon. We opted for an extended stay of 2 and later 4 weeks. The room was very well appointed and spacious. A few quirks that came with the discounted long stay package needed to be managed. The once a week, room service was done the day after we arrived, them every 7 days. Prepayment of 2 months a few months before arrival with a commitment that the second month would be refunded on checkout didn't happen, and we had to wait several weeks for the refund to be processed. Otherwise highly recommended and will stay again.

Pamper yourself in luxury. Five star treatment all the way. Great place to stay in Phuket and you get to enjoy the scenery of the boat marina with expensive yachts and other "rich toys". 😊
