Hotel staffs are very nice since i walked in the hotel, and 5 stars for cleanliness. Friendly staff with a great services. They also serve everything you want for breakfast, salad bar, cereal, rice and side dishes, bread, omelette bar, and coffee and tea. The hotel is perfect for friend, couple, family and even solo.

Room new and larger than normal with modern decor. Breakfast buffet above average with excellent egg chef station.
Every staff member amazing.
Only fault , safe not bolted down yet.

“The best Shower in Thailand!”
It is located near the Udon Thani railway station and in a convenient area with many restaurants. The room we stayed on the 7th floor was quiet and clean, and we could totally have a good rest. Most of that, the water pressure of the shower was the strongest and most comfortable of all the hotels in Thailand we have stayed in.

New, clean, good location, good service, and good price.

This hotel has a big room, clean and very comfortable to stay. Plenty of electricity outlets and all necessary facilities.

Location is very good, nearby Central, train station, market and souvenirs shop.

I love breakfast of this hotel, not much variety but full of local food. Good taste.

Great value, spacious, clean, modern rooms. Close to restaurants, bars, spa and shopping. Have visited twice now while in town - great experience both times.

Rooms are really good and the location can't be beaten.
Hotel parking is easy, breakfast is really good too.
Central shopping center is less tham 10 minutes walk away.
There are many, many good western or thai restaurants on the street and far more within easy walking distance. Also lots of nearby bars to grab a beer.
In summary very good hotel that isn't expensive in a very good location.

Very nice location. Close to most things and longer trips good help from hotel staff. Room very nice and good cleaning. Nice and comfy beds.
Breakfast is ok have alot to chose from.
Roomservice only bad thing, dont have much even if it is on list.

Nice new Hotel near Central Plaza, food, a market and nightlife. Has big enough car park and a nice restaurant. Nice bathroom with a large tub. Friendly staff. The safe in the room was inoperable and not bolted down. The only hangers in the wardrobe were for supplied robes but none to hang your clothes. More expensive than most hotels in the area.

Very new and clean hotel. Staff are very polite and are happy to help you. There are a lot of foreigners around this area and I felt very safe walking around the area however there is a bit of a night life around the area so it may not be for everyone. During the day it's quite normal and very close to the shopping centre and the night markets which is on every night. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel!! Exceptional value for money! Staff is very nice and friendly. Inside everything is modernly furnished and presentable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, there was strong wi-fi connection. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.Definitely coming back!

Around 2 a.m. on Sat, June 15, 2019.
I was on my way home from the outside to the your hotel,
i passed the "Red bar" in front of the your hotel.
Two European men sitting in a bar mocked me as sexy male fashion boy.
I was so angry that I tried to fight, but it rained so much that I held back.
At that time, there were women who worked in bars, but there was no woman who could stop the Europeans who looked after me.
I also tried to go back to the hotel to sleep, but I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the bar opening after 2 a.m.
I think your hotel and Udon thani government need to deal with this as soon as possible for the customers who use your hotel after heading
