Sinbi Muay Thai

Great experience at Sinbi Muay Thai! I showed up for a morning group training session. I was a complete beginner and had no problem following the class. There are a lot of teachers and I had one to show me and correct all my moves at all time. All teachers are very friendly and are amazing at teaching. They are precise, patient and funny. We started with running and warming up, then some basic techniques, pair work, pad work, drills on punching bags and finished with some stretching. I enjoyed every minute of it and didn't see time fly by. I will definitely return for more sessions next time I come to Phuket!! Thank you to all the Khrus kha!!

Highly recommend. I have been in Phuket for 6 weeks and trained at sinbi nearly everyday, great atmosphere and friendly coaches/reception team.

Every coach who has held pads for me has helped improved flaws in my game all in different areas depending on their own expertise.

Every class follows a similar format of running, stretching, shadow and then 10 rounds split between pads and bag. To end the session you can either choose to spar or learn techniques.

Overall I am thoroughly enjoying the training at sinbi and would encourage anyone who is looking to improve their Muay Thai to try it out!

Great gym with great coaches and staff.

They offer training to all skill levels from beginner to fighters, locals and foreigners, and everyone speak English well.

I have never fought and i don't plan on fighting, but have trained a bit in the past. My skills and techniques vastly improved. The coaches take time to teach everyone and not just the fighters.

Spent 1 month training here and loved ever minute of it.

Nice way to start the morning.

Awesome gym space, fun and friendly atmosphere - a fair few women training here too. Top-class coaching, you can tell these guys are experienced and are passionate about muay thai. They put as much energy into the beginners as they do the more experienced fighters and I appreciated that a lot.

Had Coach Top take me on the pads and he was great. He helped correct my mistakes, was super encouraging and had great energy - it was a lot of fun!

Also had an older fellow teach me some technique later on, didn't catch his name, but he was quite a character too - tut'tutted me when I got things wrong, and was very precise in correcting my foot and leg positioning, but then had a big old smile when I finally got it right.

I wish I could have stayed in Phuket longer, I'd definitely love to come back to do a training camp here! Thanks Sinbi team - keep up the good work.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The head coach and trainers are very technical, kind and passionate about teaching the art of Muay Thai. You can do a bit of everything like pad work, bag work, technique, stretching, sparring, etc. I also did private session with YaYa, a very experienced trainer who taught me a few tricks I’ve never seen before. Also, the facilities are outstanding. If you go to Phuket and want to train, this is the place to go. I’ll be back in a few months for some more. Kob kun khrap 🙏🏼

The best gym in Phuket. Trainers here at Sinbi are high level, very skilled and always happy to help you progress in Muay Thai. There is lots of quality training partners and plenty opportunities for fighting.

Really awesome gym!!! I've trained at a few gyms in Thailand and Sinbi was the best experience so far. I did PT and group sessions - each were phenomenal. The staff are very kind and all of the trainers are awesome - they genuinely invest energy in helping the students improve and develop, and generate an awesome atmosphere for training. I can't wait to go back!!

Best Muay Thai gym in Phuket!! I had the absolute pleasure of training here with Kru Rak. Unbelievable experience, words do not do this place justice.. you need to try for yourself and see. Do yourself a favour and drop by if you are in Phuket, you will not regret it!

I was lucky enough to get some private sessions with Kru Rak. I learned an insane amount of techniques and situational awareness that I was able to integrate into my personal daily training. Amazing technical learning followed by phenomenal pad work. Clinching was absolutely amazing, I never had so much fun being rag dolled by someone before! I am always looking to use the techniques I learned from Kru Rak in my everyday training.

Muay Thai has given me everything of substance in life. Building confidence, strong body, strong mind, strong qualities for everyday life.

An incredible team of trainers, definitely recommend for a more traditional Muay Thai experience.

Sessions typically involve 20 warm up + stretch then 40 minutes bagwork and dedicated time with an instructor. The last hour includes technique or sparring if you want to.

Very playful and safe environment. It can be quite busy so the morning sessions may give more opportunity to work one in one with the trainers.

Impressively large Muay Thai gym with clean facilities. A drop-in class is 500 baht/day. You can purchase weekly and monthly pass as well. They also offer 1:1 trainings.

Classes start at 7:30am and 4pm.
There are about 15-20 Muay Thai trainers onsite.

We started with a 5 min run, shadow boxing, stretching, shadow boxing bag work, 1:1 training in the ring, partnered exercises, trainer led bag work, some cardio Muay Thai drills, followed by stretching.

They have showers and changing rooms.

A shop that sells gear, shorts, boxing gloves, hand wraps and water.

There's also a gym below that looks clean, and has this cross fit feeling to it. You can also do drop in at the gym for ... 200 baht a day and 1000 baht for the week I believe...

My group and I had an amazing experience at Sinbi, we loved our PT sessions and group classes. All the trainers are great, very welcomeing and experienced, adjusting to meet all experience levels. Our PT with Rak was exceptional, myself as a beginner in Muay Thai, he helped us pick up the technique and skills quickly and made our experience fun and rewarding. Highly recommend Sinbi and Rak to anyone looking to train Muay Thai in Thailand.

If you want to train Muay Thai in Phuket, this is hands down the best choice. Whether you're a complete beginner or a veteran you will be looked after.

I had private lessons with Kru Fa and Kru Fas, both were fantastic.

All the trainers are friendly , knowledgeable and excellent communicators . I stayed at the accommodation which was also really nice - always clean and staff came in on her one day off to help me with the safe . I can’t drive a scooter (yet) so one of the trainers (rak) lent me his bike and even fixed it up for me at a local bike shop :)

Thanks again to all the trainers and staff who work for the gym . I’ll be back ;)

Sinbi has become a family! It’s where I had my very first Muay Thai class and where I train every day.

The facilities are great, with an amazing view, enough space to spare and train.

The trainers are also super cool. They correct every inch in your stands, follow up on your progress and emphasize on technique.

If you want to get into the philosophy of Muay Thai while sharpening your skills, then Sinbi is the best gym to do so 🙌

The university of Muay Thai.
It has a vast building to host a group session for more than 50 people. No matter you are beginners or pro fighters, they will arrange the right training program.
They will also provide a training for Ram Muay Wai Kru in every Saturday morning.
It also has a boxing gear shop (at reception) where you can buy or rent gears and a room for fitness training at the ground floor.

Trained there for a week! If my work allows, I definitely want to stay longer. I tried to maximise my stays there so went for 2 sessions each day plus privates with different Krus at Sinbi.
I couldn’t have had a better time. The group class is well structured and I admired how they adjusted the pace during padwork for me. The privates were also great, every one focuses on technique and correcting my bad habits and mistakes.
I was amazed at how much sharper I became for just a week when I come back to my home gym.

Training at Sinbi has never been better! All of the trainers are highly skilled in their own right and will always go out of their way to bring you to the next level from where ever you are. The classes are always energetic and high intensity and the personal training/private is a must if you want to focus on technique or prep for a fight. I absolutely love this place. The trainers are masters of their craft & they cater for all levels. Definitely worth checking out
