10 days of silence is truly a magical and powerful experience. The forest monastery is a masterpiece by itself, the food is absolutely amazing and both the staff and all the facilities made this a very powerful and spiritual experience - I highly recommend it!

It was a life chaning experience for me. The Programm for 11 Day's brings a lot of dicipline in your body and mind work with it. But it worth it. It's normal to have up's and down's and to have douts as well. It's so wonderful just to stay with yourself, your mind, your thoughts and your breath. I wished i could stay longer to get deeper into anapanasati. But you get good skills to counine practice it at home.

And I know I wasn't supposedly to interact with anyone but there was a very skinny mommy dog with 4 babies. So everyday for the last 6 days I was providing food that I took during the meals, and gave it to the dogs. Eventhough the assistant teacher was warning me not to do it... because as Mr Goenka said,,, maaaaayyyy aaaallllll beings, be happy 🙏 (so beings are also dogs!!!)

Was here for 11 day retreat in February 2017 and will return in the future for sure. Far away from the beach 'amusement madness' perfect nature spot to find your (non)self. Be brave and take it to the end! Good luck.

Did the 10 day meditation. It was challenging and enlightening in equal measure. The daily yoga was fantastic and the food was very good.

Completed my first ten day retreat here. What an amazing experience. Highly recommend everyone to try this at leat once in their lives. I look forward to doing a second in the future.

It’s well organised, the teachers speak almost perfect English, here is English books for you to learn more, the food was great everyday. Breakfast was basically the same each day but lunch was different each day. It’s healthy and locally sourced. They are of their word and practice what they preach.

Very good for beginners meditation practice for 10 days retreat starting 1st of each month.

Silent meditation retreat for foreigners held in English in beautiful surrounding. But if you're afraid of spiders, lizards etc. it might be tough to get good sleep on your wooden pillow ;-)

Been twice in 4 years, I will be back, very peaceful and challenging to complete. Worth the effort if you can stick it out!
Highly recommended for those who are prepared to leave their comfort zone.

10 days of torture is some how freeing.
