A hidden gem. Modern, clean spacious rooms in a garden setting. If you're someone who enjoys chilling by the river front, this place is for you.

Clean, comfortable room and amazing support from Sunip and other hotel staff. I was stranded upon arrival at the hotel. My rented motorcycle is not responding. Sunip immediately step in to assist by first helping me to check in, then call for help. She even help negotiate in Thai language on my behalf with technicians which eventually fixed my motorcycle. The breakfast is decent and she was even able to fulfill my request for a small cup of yogurt. I had travelled almost the entire north of Thailand in a span of almost 12 days on motorcycle. This hotel is one of the best I've stayed with excellent service.

I'm not used to rank 5 stars, but in this case is mandatory. It's a brand new resort. I'd say it's near to be perfect. The 800 baht room is tidy, clean, comfortable, elegant, really beautiful. Service is good. For breakfast, included, they serve sausages, ham, egg, rice soup, an excellent bread, butter and jam, coffee, orange juice. Management is kind, efficient and has a good English as well. They have even a beautiful garden. If I have to find a little problem, I'd say that the highway isn't too far and you can hear sometime the big trucks or the noisy motorcycles, but wasn't really annoying. Absolutely recommendable.

Such a gem! The garden is beautiful and the room is spacious, clean and very new feeling. Hosts are extremely kind and friendly. Lots of Thai and Western options for the free breakfast.

DD garden is a brand mini resort with of around 15 beautiful rooms set in its own grounds. All rooms are finished to a very high standard with exceptional attention to detail for the price range. The staff and management are genuinely lovely people too. This has now become my second home when staying in Phayao for work trips.

Clean, serene, and spacious, DD is a beautiful garden home that my family & I enjoyed. "Value for $" is an understatement as we appreciate the friendly lady boss and staff, and room service. Not to forget the hassle-free WiFi & fragrant Americano!

Superb stay at DD Garden Home. Super friendly owners who speak fluent English. Breakfast was yummy. Very nice stay. The only problem were the beds, they are a little bit hard. The owner draw us a map where we can go. Very awesome.

Clean facilities, the place is opposite to police station and next to Phaholyothin highway. Yet, the rooms are place further behind and quiet at night. Well managed garden, there were bicycle available to drive around the back. (Close to lake area)

I’ve been at Phayao first time and it was such a nice experience! Beautyful nature, amazing Phayao lake and DD Garden was really like home to me! Perfect place, friendly and helpful stuff, clean, comfortable and modern room. Good breakfast. Grate owners who start to be more like friends or family! Highly recommend for 1 night or long stay. Very nice and cosy place to stay. The hotel is very new. The owner are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the time here very much. They have a tasty breakfast and a beautiful garden area. Thanks for all, greetings from germany Michael.

Great place with economical budget! Nice big room with well prepared needed appliances, delicious breakfast and beautiful scenary. Not far from Kwan Phayao, easily travel.
