We booked a private transfer from Bangkok to Koh Chang for 5 people and had an excellent experience. We only booked a couple of days prior but the booking was confirmed very quickly. The van was great, very modern with good air con and seatbelts. There was also a childs seat available. The driver was also great, very safe and stopped as often as we liked for food or bathroom breaks. The transfer was quicker than expected and it was wonderful not having to unload bags for the ferry.

Ian was great. He answered my questions promptly and our pick up at the Bangkok Airport went smoothly and the driver who took us to Ko Chang was careful and curtiuos. On our way back to Bangkok, I used a different travel company and the driver sped a lot of the way and we ended up in an accident on the highway. Next time I'm in Bangkok and traveling to Ko Chang, I will book through Ian - both ways!

Used a private car transfer from Bangkok to Koh Chang and back. Excellent communication (better than any of the hotels in Thailand)- even confirmed again a couple of days in advance. Flexible in allowing us to change our pick up time at the last minute. Clean, comfortable car with good attention to detail (water bottles and pillows etc). Punctual.

We travelled with IamKhoChang with a van from our hotel in Bangkok to Kho Chang and back. All was perfect. The Mini van came in time to the hotel, the drivers are skilled and drive very safe. I recommend IamKohChang to everybody who likes to drive to Koh Chang. The prices a very fair if you imagine, that you do not have to organize and pay a ferry ticket and you do not have to organize the trips from the peer to the hotel and back and wait for busses and bargain with taxi drivers. The trip takes about 6hrs from door to door, so you are even faster than flying, if you calculate the trip from the hotel to the airport, check inn times, check out times, trip from Trat airport to the ferry peer and so on.
It´s safe, conveninent and much cheaper than flying and great to travel with this excellent IamKohChang Isand travel guide!!

Excellent service. I've used the transfer services twice now, once from BKK to Koh Chang last year and this year a pick up from the Cambodian/ Thai border crossing to the pier at Laem Sok. Both times it was flawless, drivers always there on time, fast and efficient and Ian's communication is excellent. Highly recommend.

We have now several times used this wonderful service, a limousine for the trip from Bangkok to Laem Sok (Trat). Rapid communication and reply, very reliable delivery of the service and competitive value for money (e.g. compare with the rates for Bangkok Airways to Trat plus a taxi to Laem Sok).

Super useful website which I read daily when planning our trip to Koh Chang, Koh Mak and Koh Kood. Also Ian was very responsive to emails and helped plan and organise our transport from Bangkok.

Our driver was a few minutes late due to traffic jams but once on the road everything was fine. We stopped on the way for lunch and had a pleasant drive to the island.

Outstanding service and the driver was following the speedlimit all the time. They provided us with two childseats as requested on our trip from Bangkok to koh Chang.
