If I were to make a Top Nine list of wats (temples), I would consider this one! Absolutely beautiful with the statues, buildings, Mountain View, and skywalk. They also have many amulets here. You can easily spend the day here walking around, reflecting, and in meditation. A must see location! #travelthailand

I stopped here on my way from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. Stopping here is really worth your time. When I was here there were no other tourists in sight but there was an abudance of Thai schoolchildren.

The Temple grounds are big and scattered around you find a small botanical garden, massieve statues, a Temple and a sky bridge around the biggest statue.

By far one of the most beautiful temples I have ever been too. So many gorgeous building and statues. It is also way less busy then other popular tourist temples as it is far away from the city. This temple as their own special Monk that is believed to be magic. People pay lots of money for the amulets that have been blessed by him. Definitely stop by this temple if you are in the neighbourhood.

This is a temple complex not everyone knows about and it is somewhat remote. Seems to have been started by monk Kruba Ariya Chart somewhere around 2006-2010. Nice to visit when travelling between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Bigger place so be sure to reserve some time.

One of Thailand's most beautiful temple complexes and home to one of Northern Thailand's most highly regarded Buddhist monks.
This is really a must-see temple for anyone who appreciates Buddhist art and history.

This is one of my favourite temples, some of my friends remembered this is Buddhist Disneyland. An interesting and beautiful Buddhist temple. The Abbot is a very nice monk, Kruba Ariyachat is always very friendly and welcoming visitors from near and far.

Worth enjoying some time here including the new garden.

An amazing temple with multiple structures, each one more beautiful than the other, and many statues. A definite must see on your way to Chiang Rai. Keep an eye out for things you don't expect to see depicted in a religious site. Enjoy your visit!

This temple is the most beautiful temple I've ever been so far. All the sense of our body was enjoyed with this amazing harmony. We saw, listened, smelled and felt. Not many tourists when we were there. Everything was perfect.

Serene, not touristy, so yes! I personally love all the archictecture of the temple. It gives a vibrant vibe of mixed culture between India and Thailand. At some point, the statues made in the temple do represent Hinduism such as Three-Head Gods, Ganesha, etc. A very interesting place!

Huge temple and they have not fully completed as yet. There are many interesting statues which tells many stories. Good to bring children and it can be educational too. Kruba Aliyachart is the current abbot. Magnificent job in building such a big place.

Beautiful temple with magnificent giant statues of deities. Definitely not the usual architecture that you see around Chiangmai. It's like a holy wonderland for Buddhists. It is situated between Chiangmai and Chiangrai and worth a visit if you are heading towards the north.
