Great gym in Pai. You can get a day pass for 90 bath. They have a great selection of free weights and machines. Upstairs, they also have some cardio machines.

Great equipment across two floors with air con in both. They’ve extended the bottom floor with more equipment last week and is still being worked on. 90 baht for a day pass. Not too busy. The gym has pretty much all equipment necessary including smith machine, squat rack, DBs, bench press, cable machine etc, lat pull down, ab/adductor machine, treadmill, rowing machine etc

They also sell protein shakes which I’ve had a few times. Highly recommend this place. Best gym in Pai

Small but has everything you need. There was always a few people in but it never felt so crowded you couldn't workout, everyone kept to themselves. Equipment was modern and the gym was clean and smelt really good. Toilets were really clean. Receptionist was lovely and friendly.

The equipment of the gym very quality, variety and new. There is 2 levels and some rooms, which were a bit small. The facility of the pull-ups isn't comfortable for doing pull-ups.

The person at reception is always friendly, usually quite busy but that's not their fault. Are currently extending to make it larger. Equipment isn't the newest but it's a gym in Pai and I'm grateful there's any equipment to use here.

Working out here for a day costs 60 baht, it includes a locker. The place is immaculate. Spotless. Seems like it's brand new. All the equipment has hardly been used. This comes with what seems like some growing pains though when it comes to organization. There's large stacks of brand new plates of all weights in a corner but there's hardly anything in the gym that uses plates (no barbells). Dumbbells only go to 25kg. Suggestion to owner of new gym: take the row machine out of the free weight area, it eats up lots of space in the small room.

Fantastic local gym, with everything one needs. The only thing missing is an assault bike, but absolutely not complaining. 60 baht a sesh, open every day, no fuss - exactly what regular gym goers need!

Very good place to work out with AC ! Its get very busy after 6pm. So better go before then if you want more space :)
