Khao Krajom Viewpoint

Amazing mountain top with some great views and beautiful sunset.

It does take some effort getting there. Only 4-wheel drive vehicles and dirt bikes are allowed. The best option may be to rent one from below. It will cost @1500 baht. Although it is just 10 kilometres, the climb will take around 40 minutes. When you see the condition of the road, you know why it costs that much. Wear your seat belts and relax your body. The ride is going to make many of your joints weak.

There are camping grounds, a restroom and small shops up there. The views are spectacular. Make sure you get there in time for the sunset. I plan to visit again and hopefully, can see different colours of the sunset then.

Should definitely visit when the weather is good for a remarkable sun down experience!

Cool mountain air , BREATHE !!! / Border views of Myanamar spectacular. Many ultra atheletes run / walk/ scramble up and down in 3 hours time , we hired a S.U.V. w/ driver. Rough road , bumpy ride in the open bed of the vehicle yet doable and well worth it !

The first 4km may be fine for normal 4WD, after that point only specially modified off-road could finish the remaining 6km. However the view on the top is specticular. It is also amazing to see the Shopee motorcycle Honda Wave going uphill for delivery.

Amazing views at the top and great place for a camping. You will be driving on adventurous off road experience for about 9kms and crossing rivers. I recommend for all off road enthusiasts.

Really cool experience if you like adventures! The view is insane and a big reward after the steep climb. On top of the mountain there are some super cute dogs which are waiting to be cuddled. You have a place to camp and also a stove to cook with utensils that you can use. My friend and I had a really good time there. Mad respect to you if you go there by foot B)

Challanging enduro route. Great view on the top.

Just unbelievable beautifull up there. Went up with CRF250 with 2 people -1 bike in the rain (June2019) - some tough terrain for beginners and a bit scary especially with 2 people on 1 bike. But it's doable. Had some help of local guys with KLX250 abd CRF as well. Super friendly people up there. It's soo much fun (if you don't slip and fall) The mud can be extremely slippery. Make sure to have good offroad tires. (In Winter must be much easier to get up there) The first bit until the large parking space is quite easy but scary at first. Then it gets a bit more challenging. Half way is a place to rest where the Border patrol has their station. Get some fresh bananas for the way. :-) ...there is a small bridge for bikes, cars have to go through the small pond. 60-80cm deep maybe. Near to the way up are 2 nice resorts (Triple M and Eco).

Grat place to go look the sunrise, but road to up horrible...need off road car.

วิวสวยครับ บรรยากาศเย็น เอารถมอไซต์ใส่ท้ายกระบะจากกทม.ไปจอดตีนเขา มีที่จอดบริการ เอารถขึ้นลงสะดวก ถ้าฝนไม่ตกจะรถยนต์4x4เดิมๆหรือรถมอเตอร์ไซต์สกู้ตเตอร์ธรรมดาเดิมๆยางเดิมติดรถขึ้นลงสบายครับ ถ้าขอแค่ขึ้นถึงไปสัมผัสกับธรรมชาติไม่ทรมานรถ ถ้าอยากวัดฝีมือไปช่วงหน้าฝนหนักๆ รถมีแต่พังกับพังครับ ถ้าใจถึงยังไงก็ขึ้นได้ครับ ลงมาค่อยทยอยซ่อมแซมเอาครับ

ไปถึงทางขึ้นประมาณหกโมงเช้า อากาศเย็นมีหมอกลง ติดต่อรถรับจ้างตรงทางขึ้น ค่ารถเหมาคัน ราคา 1,500บาท เพื่อเดินทางขึ้นเขากระโจม คณะที่เราไปมี 7 คน ทีม สว. 3 คน สิริอายุก็ 60กว่า กับ 80 กว่า 😅 ที่เหลือก็ สี่สิบห้าสิบอัพ ค่ะ เรียกว่า วัยรุ่น(แรก) กันเลย😅
คุณลุงโชว์เฟอร์ ก็ใจดีค่ะ บอกแกว่าช่วยขับช้าๆหน่อย อย่างซิ่ง อย่างกระแทกนัก เดี๋ยววัยรุ่นเราหลังยอก555

📣แนะนำว่าอย่าเอารถตัวเองขึ้นไปค่ะ เกรงจะไม่รอด ใช้บริการรถรับจ้างที่เขาชำนาญดีกว่า
ขึ้นไปถึงจุดชมวิวอากาศเย็นมาก มีหมอกหนา ตกเป็นหยดน้ำเลย 📣แนะนำให้เอาหมวกและเสื้อแขนยาวไปด้วยค่ะ
ข้างบนมีครอบครัวหมาน้อย น่ารัก คอยตอนรับนักท่องเที่ยว (อย่างภาพที่เห็น) คอยต้อนหน้าต้อนหลัง เสียดายที่ไม่มีอะไรให้มันกินเลย ...ใครใจดี จะมีน่องไก่ติดไม้ติดมือไปฝากมันบ้าง มันคงจะดีใจนักนัก นะเจ้า

ขึ้นครั้งแรกในชีวิต ทางโหดมาก(สำหรับผม) ขาลงน่ากลัวกว่าขาขึ้นอีก แต่สนุกมากครับ ข้างบนวิวสวย
