Definitely a place to pay a visit. It's huge, it's stunning, it's beautiful. There is a small shop with souvenirs for tourists, unfortunately it was closed during our visit. Also the official website is outdated and does not mention holidays during which the temple is closed and doesn't allow visitors.

Nice large temple in Angsila. You could pray for preventing Unlucky year (ปีชง) which change from year to year depend on your birth year animal zodiac sign.

The Chinese shine, I was visiting there before in the pass many years ago. However I wasn't good memories from last visits as per personal issues.

Fortunately at this time I was deciding to visit there again as per would like to give merit together with my best friends. We went there at mid-day. It was high temperature as usual local time. We got recommend from staff there how to pray and give merit instead of Self-service which quite difficult for us as per many spot and locations. By the way we did all by here recommend.

The structure there were excellent design by heart. We intouch and really fulfilled.

We hope to be back there again for weekdays scheduled instead.

We came here on the second day of Chinese New Year. Very lovely indeed. We went there to pray and pay respect to the Chinese Buddhist god. The area is very big and it is a 3 stories building high. They don't sell food inside the compound but that's ok since it is located in the town and there are many shops around that area. The washroom is also located in the compound. There is even a Lion dance and Dragon dance show in the evening and when it's a little dark, they even performed with light show. Creative group of performance and choreography.

It is located in Angsila, Chonburi. Visited here when we were on the way to Pattaya. The temple is huge. Majestic. That I think pictures can't tell how magnificent the temple is.

There are some floors and you can view the town of Angsila at the top of the floors.

There are a lot of wall paintings in the temple. Too many. But it seems all the painting is in Chinese words.

There is no entrance fee when we enter. we parked our car outside but saw some people able to park their car inside but I'm not sure how.

Overall it is definitely worth to pay a visit when you are in Chonburi.

Ang Sila was previously known as Ang Hin from the place's large granite and sandstone basins.[3] The name Ang Sila means "Stone Basin". The stone is used to carve culinary mortars and pestles, rice grinders, and statuary.

History

Following the end of World War II, Ang Sila witnessed an influx of Teochew Chinese migrants. They then began turning the area's stone into several products which became popular in Thailand.

A enormous temple complex.
I think this is a place you need to go if you like seeing temples. In my opinion you can compare it with Viharn Sien in Pattaya. Many statues. There is enough parking space. No entrance fee.

Beautiful and calm place. It’s not crowded as I visited here on weekdays. The place where people come to respect sacred things.

A massive and impressive Chinese temple. Seems like it just got an extreme expensive renovation so go there now and have a look. It's by far the biggest Chinese temple I have ever seen.

“Magnificent & Ecstatic!!” 🤩🏆✨

Must-visit place if you are in-trend visitors :) This place is primary built in worshiping one of famous male deity ”Nezha (Naja)” as well as other heavenly gods and goddesses in Mahayana Buddhist Sects.
