Small but cosy airport. Well-organised transfers into many directions from here: to Surat Thani, Donsak Raja Ferry, SeaTrans to Samui, Phangan or Koh Tao. AirAsia staff is commanding their customers easily with instructions. I like Thai organisation, which is very opposite to Filipinos.

A small international airport located in Surat Thani province. Various types of transportations available like rental cars, shuttle bus, etc. Not so many restaurants but enough snack shops. Renovation is ongoing. The new departure lounge is airy, cozy, bright and beautiful. Waiting to see this airport better, more modern and beautiful.

Small but everything works smoothly hope they will have soon more variety of food available, they are expanding and it is looking quite smart

Great smaller airport. Staff very helpful - efficient airport buses from our Bangkok plane. They also kept us right for our bus to connect onward to Lomprayah catamaran ferry for Koh Samui.

Once I had passed through security, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable seating areas available to passengers. The airport also provided a variety of amenities to make my time there more enjoyable, such as free Wi-Fi and charging stations.

Boarding and disembarking the plane was a breeze thanks to the well-organized gate areas, and my luggage was promptly delivered to me upon arrival.

Recentyly, it was changed to international airport from the regional one.
Spacious, clean lavatory and other facilities.
Parking space is still under construction.
You can get direct bus to the city run by PANTIP company

Highly Grateful for the Tourist Assistance Officer and the lady working for the bus company. Mr.Konlawat was definitely the best person we met on our trip to Thailand. While checking in for our flight , we realised that we somehow had left a luggage of ours on the bus we took from surat thani port. We anxiously started started looking for the bus but alas it had left already. By god's grace we somehow stumbled upon Mr. Konlawat , airport's tourist assistance officer, upon listening to our trouble he assured us that he will help us in finding that bag of ours. He went off to atleast 10 counters asking whereabouts of the bus where he found the lady working for the bus company while calming us down with due assurance. Long story short he found our bag and saved our trip to Thailand leaving behind a sweet memory that we'll cherish forever 💗.

Very quiet airport but if you want food get it before security once through security choices are limited

(If you take a bus outside it will be cheaper. Follow locals going to Donsak)

A very small and convenient airport. I have absolutely no complaints. There are several coffee shops in the main lobby and plenty of taxi services to take you to your next destination.

The cheap gateway to Koh Samui & Koh Phangan. Transport options to the islands are also readily available.
