Rangsit Market

I was in the area for a day layover. Future Park only opens at 10am. Rangsit Market shows up on my google map and piqued my interest.

We decided to check out this local market for breakfast. It was the best decision, ever! This is not a touristy place and caters for the local. The market is very very clean. There is a wide array of local food you can choose to eat for breakfast. We had the porridge which was very good.

We took a walk around the area. You can buy local fruits as well as mango stick rice, right from the market. Managed to stock up some Thai herbs too.

If I am in this area, I would absolutely come here again. I like these type of local places more than gentrified shopping malls!!

One of well-organized shopping arena in suburb area. Inside the market is clean, good hygiene and well ventilation. It is organized in separated sections for varieties of fresh and dry food raw materials for cooking, ready-to-eat foods, desserts, fruits, flowers and groceries for enjoying your shopping. Moreover there are also food center, café and shopping plaza with reasonable price as well. Nearby the market you can find banks, bookstore, clinics, drugstores, electric applicance, restaurants and necessary services for daily activities.

Local experience for sure. No tourists

Theres a lot more here than you may suspect. Certainly more than fresh food. It's a large place with occasional alternate markets that operate in the rather large garage (several pictured), The Sunday market in the parking garage is a bargain delight..The entire surrounding area is thriving with activity, also it's very close to The Future Park Mall.
Complete Thai style shopping experience, with very good, competitive and cheap food courts. Everything here from hardware to kitchenware, clothing and electronics to 24 carat jewelry. This is authentic and very large and very affordable for most anyone. In my photos your liable to see some things that are unlikely in the west, like unlaid chicken eggs which is mostly unheard of in any country outside of Asia (pictured).
The Thai government actually assists people here that want to work and to point that up, pictured are some army guys unloading sacks of rice to be sold at the market. Lots of activity in this area until very early evening, then theres nothing. . . .The photos of this location are only a teaser.

Rngsit market is one of the best ones in Pathum Thani. It is situated right in front of the Future Park Shopping mall. Cross the road and you will find the market. It is very easy to get there if you know where is the Future park where most of the buses pass by actually. The market is near the entrance of famous Wooden bridge in Pathum Thani. If you are in the market, then it is definitely recommended to check the bridge out as well because it is a very beautiful and unique bridge made by only wood. In the evenings and especially during the weekend the market may be crowded.
The market offers absolutely everything you might need: food, drinks, clothing, house products, nice attractions for children. A must visit section in the market is so called “10 baht” store near the entrance. You can buy many things there with only 10-20 baht. Don’t leave the market without trying Thai dishes, tea, and of course the sweets and desserts. You may also find bugs if you are a fun of them. The market is the right one if you are looking for Thai local products and want to meet local people.

Not too crowded with fresh fruits and vegetables also plenty of sweet goodies

Thai dessert called Kanom Krok. (Ingredients: coconut milk with sweet corn. It's so yummy and have a crispy texture outside. MUST TRY !

Joy shops

Great place for kids to have some adventures. A coffee shop has a nice view. But the road to this place is in a very bad shape. If you have a low clearance car, you need to drive really slow.

You can find anything you want in the market. From foods including animals pets food to photo framing services, anything you need in daily life you should be able to find in this market.. cheers!!!

They have halal meat shops

I like this place a lot you get everything for cooking and it looks really fresh and the prices are moderate. Next to this fresh food market are restaurants, shops and other markets for every need and you also find several Banks. There is a walking connection over bridges to the Future Park.

Lots of improvements, good parking, still maintaining open air fresh market in the middle of the city. Enjoyed the visit.

It's a giant food court of goodies

LOcal fair lots of food as well as clothes shops. Definitely a good place to go for fresh food as well as normal clothes or electronics

Love this market....fresh and clean

Crowded during day and 5 o clock hours, go before closing and beat the rush. Wander and look at the plentiful things to buy. Enjoy

Local market located almost on the outskirts. Good for those who wanna see how local people actually live here and maybe do grocery shopping. But obviously not a tourist spot so..

Like every large market full of cheap things to buy from clothes to shoes jewellery material tools something to eat is close buy as well as fresh meat and vegetable markets a short walk across the road
