Tremendous place, not crowded and can often give you the impression that there is not much to see inside but, this is a fantastic place and showcases the outstanding talent of Thai artisans. Suggest that you call the place and check to see whether it is open at the time and on the day that you want to visit.

A lot more to see than just what is shown in the images that I have posted here. Check out with the staff, there is a way to enter the back area where you could actually see craftsmen and women, making some of these amazing items.

You could visit this place and then move on to the famous temples and temple ruins at Ayuthaya.

As it happens in life, we found this place by accident and it turned out to be great place of interest.
For last few weeks we have been trying to find Bangsai Royal Folk Art Centre without success. Google lead us on wild goose chase twice. On third attempt we managed to find the place. Our experience was not good and we decided to go back. On way back, once we came to main road we noticed sign boards for SACICT. It was a rainy day and parking was empty. We decided to leave. As we pulled out of the main gate we decided to give another try. After some driving around we managed to find basement parking.
It was good decision, the place has plenty of shops selling handicraft, traditional clothes, fragrances, ceramics, crystal pieces, wood work and lots of other artistic pieces.
Even bigger surprise waited for us upstairs. There are five galleries displaying modern designs, traditional wood carvings, furniture, royal jewellery, royal dresses and one gallery dedicated to masks used by local performers.
It was a treat for eyes, craftsmanship par excellence.
Update Mar 2023: It was a lazy Sunday and decided to visit SACIT again. Enjoyed the displays.

Amazing Denton of beautifully handcrafted Thai cultural crafts.
Can take the opportunity to wander and watch the craftspeople at work.

Products are well priced, especially compared to the same products elsewhere in Thailand.
Definitely worth a visit and a few hours.

A huge center where Thai artisan exhibit and sell their traditional handicraft, art, clothing, and accessories. The stores are neat, modern, and well put together. Prices are reasonable.
The surprise to me was how empty the place was around 2 pm on normal working day. The location between Ayutthaya and Bangkok, and not being very close to either may have played a role.
It is worth a stop if interested in Thai artisan products.

We enjoyed this incredible mall, they have authentic Thai art and collectibles. You can also enjoy the museum that teaches you about about all the neighboring country’s Khon cultures

Good place to enjoy Thai craftsmanship initiated by Her Royal Majesty Queen Sirikit or to learn about our late kings through pictures at the in-house exhibition.

The place is quite interesting ! There are a lot of beautiful Thai exhibitions and products. But the location might be a bit difficult to visit as it is quite far from the city center.

Nice place. Amazing art &​ craft

Wonderful Thai handicrafts. All items are very very cheap despite having been handmade by artisans.
The shop at airport has small selections versus here. Plenty of parking space and lots of local restaurants nearby (mostly by the river front).

Great place for traditional style craft, clothing, and accessories. Good quality and beautiful style at reasonable prices. The magnificent building and elegant display halls are a nice attraction by itself. It is definitely worth a visit for tourists and expats.

It might've looked isolated but inside still got a lot of good stuff.
