This is nice hotel on the beach with the Crab Restaurant nearby.
The lobby area, restaurant, pool and beach areas are very nice.
The rooms have small bath shower facilities and the balconies are a bit scary due to a very short railing to save guests. The beach area was clean.

Excellent boutique hotel with gorgeous views, the staff were so lovely and accommodating. It’s like an oasis on the beach, so happy to have found this charming place 😍

On the cliffs of Phala Beach is a wonderful setting. Peaceful and serene. This restaurant offers a good selection of thai food as well as falang food. The food was delicious, and the service was superb. Only stayed for dinner last night, but the lunch was awesome a few weeks ago when we first visited.

Exceptional staff, flawless beach day, top-notch service, and delicious food and drinks—this hotel nails perfection!

Belle,was excellent with her hospitality and expert on tourism exposure, great team leader...I am very impressed. Enjoyed my stay.

Warm welcoming from Hotel staff. Clean room. Sufficiently parking area across hotel. I love this place.
Only thing to improve is renew Credit card machine which Malfunction.

I travel a lot for work and I usually never leave any comments but The Lord Nelson is such a fantastic place to stay, right on the beach.

Rooms are well equipped with everything you need. No matter if you go for breakfast, lunch or diner, all food is delicious!

The entire staff is always willing to help, friendly and cheerful. I could probably live there forever and would highly recommend this place.

I stayed for over 3 weeks on business trip and loved everything about the hotel and personnel! The hotel was about 10 minutes from my work, the room was great quality, and cost was very economical. Additionally, hotel staff were "Outstanding", always friendly with excellent service. Food was high quality, great taste and value. I ate most of my meals at the hotel, with breakfast provided each day within the room cost. I used the laundry service also, which was quick, clothes cleaned well and inexpensive charge. In closing, the Lord Nelson will always be my first choice when I return to this area of Thailand! Thanks to everyone at the Lord Nelson for a great trip!

If you are staying in this area I highly recommend this place. The rooms are clean, a good size and have all amenities. The staff are excellent, extremely helpful. The breakfast satisfies all tastes and lasts most of the morning. You eat looking over the beach with a lovely sea breeze. It is also tastefully and interestingly decorated. Can't recommend it enough, had a wonderful 12 days there. John H

Clean rooms, great wifi, the food is outstanding, best seafood tom yum ever - it matches salmon in alaska. Service is excellent, so helpful and cheerful! The view of the ocean is spectacular. #1 choice anytime I return to this area of Thailand.
