I did not have the best experience with them. They tried to rip us at the border when we paid for the visa. First the visa was way more expensive than we had been told before. Than when we paid for it, the guide pretended he couldn’t count and gave us way too little change back. Overall everything was very hectic. I would not recommend this organization
When my boyfriend left my e-reader in the hotel, our hotel manager asked them to take the e-reader the next day with the next boat. They asked for a payment for this, which is of course totally normal. But they asked for more than 20 euro, which is in my opinion a very high amount of money if you compare it to the salary’s one Laos.

Be careful with this company. They have tried to rip us off at the Thai/Lao border. They said we had to pay a lot more for the Lao visa than was actually the case. When we told him this he pretended to have miscalculated with the exchange rate, which was obviously an act.
