Haad Yao Bayview

Im staying the hotel for one month now. The staff are very nice and helped us with anything we wanted, the view from the room is amazing, and haad Yao area is beautiful and quite. I will definitely recommend the hotel for short term and long term stay

Nice place to stay, the view from seaview rooms is amazing and can watch sunset right from the balcony. The location is very convenient, beautiful beach is nearby, restaurants and 7/11 within walking distance, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, large comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly.

Love the place! Very cosy, clean, great and always friendly staff, best massage! Mosquitoes wasn’t a problem there so we had the most comfortable sunsets on the island. Absolutely in love and would want to come back again many times

The staff are incredible and very well organized, serving every need of the consumers here. Literally located right on the beach. The rooms are spacious, air conditioned with a closet. The water room is divine.

We had an absolutely beautiful view and the room was super clean and large.

The staff are very friendly and help you with anything you need.

However.. sometimes there are some very bad smells coming from the restaurant... and the AC isn’t the best but might of just been our room.

Also, wifi is terrible in the room, but good by the pool.

Still, a 5 star review for us and we spent 10 nights here :)

Clean, very nice and helpful staff, spacious rooms, some of them with a great view. 2 pools, lower one is an infinity pool and its right beside the beach, amazing view. BBQ outside is really good, a lot of restaurants close to the hotel on the beach. There are 2 "convenience stores" with looooooots of stuff on site but the prices are a bit higher than 7/11 but if you don't drive its your best option. A/C and hot water always working good. Cleaning staff does a great job too. I ADORE this place and I would recommend it to everyone! The only downside is that its a bit far from the town but it's 100% worth. They have a pick up service from/to the port and from/to the Full Moon Party.
I read so many bad reviews and I was rethinking my choicd but I am happy I did not because this place is GREAT! And it is very cheap $ for the quality/service that you get.

I stayed here for 4 nights and enyoed the view each morning very much. I had perfect view on the beach and sunset. The food served in the restaurant at the beach not only looked awesome it also tased great. The employees where always kind and open to help you (e.g. the way to the next super market).

Stayed in the Bayview room and it was most likely the best views of any hotel I stayed at in Thailand for a whole month. The staff were great and for the full Moon party the taxi service was well organized. The bay out front is beautiful and you can snorkel right at the beach and out past the rocks there's tons of coral and fish. Couldn't recommend this hotel any more it's a beautiful spot.

I don’t understand people complaining about tv in the rooms or WiFi. You don’t come to Thailand to watch tv!!!! The rooms have hudge windows with amazing views to enjoy. Yes, WiFi sometimes kicks you out, but it was enough to stay in touch and social media.
It’s not a super luxurious hotel, the towels and sheets are a little older, but the rooms are $30-40 per nigh on average. So why complaining?
We stayed in a sea view room on the 4th floor and didn’t mind going up and down stairs. It’s healthy.
Yes, there are better and cheaper restaurants on Ko Phangan, and, in fact the best food you’d buy at the market, but if you don’t wanna leave Haadyao resort, they have everything you need.
2 stores downstairs have all necessary toiletries, snacks and liquor.
The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. We had a great time at Haadyao.

Eventhough the interior could be nicer, the view from the balcony is just perfect! The staff is really nice and the bar/restaurant has great food and coctails for a very affordable price. Even the mini bar was affordable. Would definitely go again!

People complaining about WiFi and TV's miss out on the reason you rent these places. This place is an escape!

I suggest getting an upper floor room because it's very private and no on walks by your room. The stairs can be challenging , because it's so steep, but it's a decent workout to end your day. There are 2 shops n the "lobby" area in case you need anything. Plenty of moped/car rentals available too.

It's very affordable. If you're on a budget ($30-50/night) I highly recommend it. We got great service with a friendly staff. Kayak rental only $5USD/hour!

For the price we got it, it was perfect. Right on the beach with very helpful staff. Clean linen and rooms, quite big as well. They provide guests with beach towels. They will also arrange for almost everything if you need help.

Considering that there are no tourists and they have to keep staff to maintain the resort and surely lose money, they are doing great. Prices are reduced a lot, monthly from $225 to $650. Great location.

Staff were really friendly, very helpful. The food was great, and the beachside views were stunning. Incredible value, I would happily recommend this hotel to others of all kinds.

Very friendly staff especially Pukluk and Mama Tim. Everytime we went to the restaurant Pukluk was very helpful and kind. My friend is vegetarian, but she said that he could choose something to eat from the menu and the cook will adapt it to a vegetarian dish. Mama Tim advised us some good tours on the island, because of this we have seen a lot of Koh Phangan. If you visit this resort go to the restaurant and ask to be served by Pukluk and Mama Tim!

Made our trip to the South th best it could be, won't really need to get out of the hotel area much, one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket and the rooms and staff are spectacular, it's worth much more than what we paid hinestly.
