Wonderful, helpful owners and nic bangalows, with anything you might need inside. They have scooters for rent (250 bahts for 24h), you can also but speedboats/ferrys tickets. Close to good local restaurants, 7eleven and piers. Highly recomended, especially when you are on a budget travel.

Owners are very helpful in everything. We rent the scooter in the property with gas, booked the boat on our way out with them as well and lots of recommendations for beach and restaurants. Very clean room and very comfortable, strongly recommend it if you want to explore the island by motorcycle and eat in different restaurants. Food is also amazing everywhere

Maybe the best place to stay on Koh Yao Yai for the budget line. Super-modern bungalows (ask for no.7 if possible, which is at the end of the row and gives view onto the beautiful garden). Very hospitable owners, who help out everywhere they can.

We stayed here two nights and it was perfect. Staff were excellent and friendly and extremely accommodating. We could hire scooters (which is a must in this location) and they even dropped us to a bar and arranged for the bar to drop us home. The rooms were very clean and laundry service was spot on! Great all round!

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it. The rooms look new and are super clean and comfy. Everything around the little huts looks beautiful and the owners are very sweet and helpful. You can wash and dry your laundry there and can rent new and well maintained scooters for 200 tbh a day. 10/10 :)

Couldn’t fault it fairly priced and the owner could not do enough for us helping with everything from restaurants to day trips out. Just felt like someone you could trust

We stayed at Modern Inn for three nights. The separate houses are very clean the atmosphere is so pleasant. The host and his wife are very couteous and welcoming. He organised a tour to the Phang Nga National Park for us.
Next door the host operates a restaurant serving delicious food. All in all the best stay on Koh Yao Yai.

Very clean site and room. Room is basic but has everything you’ll need and for a great price. Not far from a beautiful beach and selection of restaurants (About 2km) and motorcycles available to hire at a very fair price. Owner is lovely and very helpful, even gave us a lift to the pier on our departure

Great place! Clean and new, the owners work very hard to have everything perfect, they organized next boat for us, took us from and back to pier, there is also table and comfortable chair in the room, all is great and recommended

The owners are the sweetest and most helpful people you will meet. Rooms are spacious and bright, and they have new bikes for rent @ 200THB per day.

I will recommend 200%. So friendly people, nice and clean rooms and also can get a good serviced motorbike for a good price. Stay here, you will enjoy it much. Also they pick us up from habor for free. We will come back again some day. Greetings Nui and Marc

800 BAHT a night bout $40 Australian dollars currently. $1 = 20 baht. Nice soft bedding place is all clean and good (bed itself is firm but comfy),7Eleven a short walk and restaurant and some local street food not far. I’m surviving. I had fried duck feet for dinner from a street food food stand and some fried chicken leg which was different and tasty. Got a roof over my head as I’m out on a wing, was heavily raining afternoon which local said is a regular event. Was riding around lost and drenched in the rain thinking I was going to have to sleep in the forest with the Miskitos. The backpacks was closed as being renovated and an arrangement to pick me up from the 7eleven to be guided to s bungalow 500 baht didn’t turn up after waiting till dark. Apparently they thought I was at another 7eleven. And was getting dark and hadn’t found accommodation first time on the island. Difficult to communicate and ask for where’s accomodation as locals speak little English, but enough to eventually work something out. Lesson learned, to get to accomodation early in the day then take off to explore!!

Like the others said. Perfect stay on good location to discover the island by bike. Clean bungalows and very hospitable owner.
