Island Yoga Cafe

Such a beautiful chilled café with friendly staff!! The coffee is the nicest I’ve tried on the island and the hummus is to die for! A must visit if you are on the island and looking for a peaceful place to get some work done. The hammocks outside have a lovely sea view and are a perfect book reading spot! Will definitely be back 😍😍😍

So there I was, enjoying yoga, enjoying the surrounds, generally having a great time. But something was missing. I was wandering around aimlessly needing something, but I couldn't figure it out. I took a chance and went into the Sabaidee Yoga Cafe, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who said 'you look lost, can I help?'. I responded with a mumble, to which the staff member laughed and then said 'you look low on energy, you should try a raw ball'. So I did, and it was amazing. And then during the rest of my stay I ate so many raw balls I started to see visions of them during yoga, I dreamt of them every night I was there. I'm sure the other food is amazing (I can vouch for the smoothies and the food they cooked for family dinner), but if you try one thing, make it a raw ball. Oh and the location is beautiful..... But the raw balls!!

Best health food café on the island. The food, the coffee, the vibe😍 Really good Wifi and less then a minute from the beach too!

A quiet place with a beautiful view on the bay to enjoy a healthy vegetarian lunch under a typical bamboo hut. With a yogi vibe! The menu is short: veggie burger, dip of the day, Greek salad, balance bowl. I can recommend the balance bowl, with hummus, falafel, salad and couscous.
