Braya Villa

Truly an incredible modern villa located on a beautiful island. Along with the amazing features of the house, the staff who took care of us exceeded our expectations and provided amazing attention to detail. Next time in Thailand we'll be staying here for longer.

The place is absolutely amazing. Large infinity pool with stunning views, 100% privacy, spacious nicely designed and greately equipped villa, EXCELLENT service and food. It was our most luxury experience ever. 9 days in paradise.

This superb Villa is located only 15 minutes by car/taxi from the Marina. It takes 30 minutes via. speed boat ride from Phuket to arrive in Koh Yao Yai.

Koh Yao Yai is a remarkable Island, it has beautiful beaches & is not overcrowded by tourists like other mainland islands.

Braya Villa is one of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying. My Fiance' & I stayed for 3 nights. In our opinion this was not long enough! Braya is such a relaxing Villa, equipped with a vast array of luxuries.

There is a billiard table surrounded by large open windows. By day & by night you will enjoy this space! Play a selection of board games whilst sipping on a wine by the pool, order a perfect meal, or even walk down & dine at the best restaurant in Koh Yao Yai, virtually a 2 minute walk from the Villa.

Your days will comprise of enjoying an in home massage by Braya's specialized services which comes at an additional but very reasonable cost. Enjoy your sensual experience anywhere you like in the villa, even by the pool!

There is a skylight, bi-fold doors & large windows throughout the home, allowing for natural light to flow through the home with ease. The air-conditioning throughout the home is fantastic & very powerful!

The bedrooms have large beds which are very very comfortable! Both rooms also come with fantastic views of the beach or the pool.

We absolutely loved the showers, there are 3 total in the home. The option of an outdoor/indoor shower is entirely up to you!

One of the bedrooms has a remarkable sliding roof so you can enjoy looking out at the stars, or waking up to the sunrise.

The Villa is extremely clean & well looked after, the staff are the best staff we have had the pleasure of meeting in Thailand. Nothing was too difficult & they were very humble, friendly, considerate & thankful.

If you want to have some fun in the sun without leaving this beautiful villa (which we highly recommend) you can play badminton, bocci or simply throw a ball around in the large infinity pool which also comprises a jet spa!

Each morning we were made breakfast, it was the perfect meal to start our day & very delicious!

We recommend a bare minimum of 4 nights stay at Braya, however we feel 5-7 nights is the perfect amount of time to thoroughly enjoy not only Braya Villa but this beautiful Island & surrounding islands within close proximity (Koh Yao Noi).

We had the pleasure of spending a remarkable 3 nights here in March 2019. From the Villas very tastefully thought out fittings to the amazing infinity pool with a view- I could not fault this property. The service we received was nothing short of attentive & sincere. This was one of the most enjoyable holidays I have ever experienced. However, 3 days is not long enough, I highly recommend at least 5 days here! Thank you to all the staff who assisted us, we will be back!

Wir haben unseren viertägigen Aufenthalt in der Braya Villa sehr genossen! Khun Ya ist durchaus hilfsbereit (Organisation von Massagen in der Villa, Barbecue und Roller Vermietung). Täglich wurde ein frisches Frühstück nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet. Die Villa ist durchweg schön und luxuriös mit dem Billard-Tisch, Infinity-Pool, Aussenduschen und einem atemberaubenden Blick. Vielen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit auf der einzigartigen Insel Koh Yao Yai.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus, herausragende Betreuung durch Khun Ya bei der wir uns hiermit nochmals herzlich bedanken wollen. Man brauchte nur einen Wunsch anzudeuten, Ya hatte dies schon erledigt.

1.수돗물이 깨끗하지 않다
2.자연적인 장소라서 많은 벌레와 집안에서 도마뱀을 볼 수 있다 놀라지 말것
3.좀 오래된 건물이라 부분별 보수가 필요한데가 보인다.
4.한정적인 아침 메뉴 오래 머무를때 음식이 지겨울 수 있다
5.시간약속이 잘 지켜지지 않는다
아침 식사를 원하는 시간보다 30분 늦은 뒤에 나온다
하지만 친절하다
