Koh Yao Seaview Bungalow

Everything in the room works (air con, fridge, hot shower).
Mosquito net completely covers the double bed. Nice and spotlessly clean. Bring your own travel kettle and tea bags/coffee etc.
Food at the restaurant is great and a big bottle of Chang is 100 bath. Can't go wrong.
Try the masaman curry, it's delicious.
Nice clean heated pool and if your bungalow doesn't have a sea view it's 50 yards to the beach.
Sunrise here is nothing short of spectacular, as is the moon rise.

Highly recommended. What sets this place apart is the welcome and friendly approach of the owners and staff. They consistently went above and beyond to help. The rooms are very clean and the pool and location is perfect for a relaxing stay!

Stay there for 2 mights in a fan bangalow, right at the beach front, staffs are very friendly, attentive, helpful. The place is well clean, with good gardening and lot of trees. Reasonable price for the restaurant foods as well. Definitely will stay there again next time.

We loved everything about our full week there and really felt a warm connection with the staff (All of them! even with Dean who kept the grounds looking amazing). Love you all and we (Alana and Michael) promise we will come back as soon as we can.

This is a great property that is well maintained. I stayed in a beach bungalow which was spacious and nicely appointed. The air con was great, the balcony a good size, the beds a little hard but no worse than anywhere else in Thailand.

The restaurant has an extensive menu which was reasonably priced and tasty, bonus it always came out in record time.

Yes its beachfront is tidal and there’s a long stretch of mud flats on low tide, but it’s is still so very pretty and in a great location.

Boa, the on-site Manager was very friendly & always seemed to be on call for guests. There were a lot of families when I visited, maybe the European winter. Not sure, haven’t seen that many kids at a property in a long time.

Stayed 3 nights and overall had a great experience. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was nice but a little hot. The beach is seconds away but tidal so best to check tide times if you want daytime swim in the sea. Breakfast was great and the manager can provide support with trips and taxis/bikes etc. Felt sad to leave.

One of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. Quiet, peaceful, great facilities. The beach is more muddy than sandy but that's what makes it unique - and quiet. Beautiful pool, bungalows are basic but with everything you need - and just steps from the beach. There's a small, casual restaurant that manages to be bother super cheap and actually really good. Credit to owner Bao who can't do enough to help you. Thoroughly recommend.

Stunning location. 2 or 3 restaurants and a small village within walking distance, although transport would be helpful. You can rent a bike at this place. Lovely pool - magnificent view of the beach at all times of the day and night. Bao. The owner/manager is a delight.... so helpful, so kind and knowledgeable. The on site restaurant has a broad range of good Thai food. In all, this place is hard to beat.

Basic seaside bungalow with great customer service and reasonable yummy foods.

Our room could use a bit of updated on hooks in the bathroom but other than that very spacious and clean. Can’t wait to revisit again. 😊

A great hideaway on a wonderfull island off the coast of Phuket. Not many tourists so it was quiet and peaceful. The seaview bungalows are far enough from the main areas but close to restaurants. It has a private beach for relaxing. A yoga center next door allows you to participate in sunrise activities if you are so inclined. The restaurant at Seaview Bungalows has a good quality and price for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A great find.

Really nice place with good energy and best hospitality. They serve homemade food at reasonable prices from early morning till evening. On site you can order laundry, massage or rent a scooter.
Rooms are very clean, each room has air conditioning, fridge, clothes dryer and mosquito net.
They have small swimming pool and lovely beach where you can relax and watch best sunrise and sunset drinking coconut water :).
I definitely recommend it.

We loved the island and our stay at the Seaview Bungalow. Great bungalow, the access to the beach is sooo beautiful, the swimming pool is great and the restaurant is really good and well priced.
And all of this with the best attention of Bao and the staff. So kind, helpful and always playing and having fun with our daughter ;)
We have nothing but good memories from Koh Yao Noi. Just want to come back!!

We've stayed in the cheapest bungalow that doesn't have AC. It was not a problem at all. The room was ok for the price. The swimming pool was the best I've seen in Thailand, super clean. The views are gorgeous, perfect for sightseeing many hours. A perfect point for the sunrise, amazing pics there, please don't miss it!
The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff was very flexible and lovely. We're very happy to had choose them!
The beach is not so great for snorkeling or swimming, we had a perfect experience in Koh Tao island, so we were find with that.

These bungalows were fantastic. Great amenities for the price. This video is the sunrise where we did thai chi. Very beautiful views from the beach and <5 minute walk from Island Yoga!

A great stay on Yao Noi island with my family by the beach. The bungalow is nicely cleaned and has balcony facing the sea. There are more options available facing the garden and the swimming pool.
Staff is friendly and welcoming. You can rent a motorbike, book your trips or simply have your laundry done.
On site there is a thai food restaurant and you can order your refreshing smoothie.
There is a beautiful sunrise here!

Great value for the price! My boyfriend and I came for a getaway from Bangkok. Everything was delightful, from the staff to the room to the food. We had no problem in our unairconditoned bungalow, as the fans and cool night air were just perfect (we stayed late October). We rented a scooter which was no problem at all - easiest experience we've had in Thailand with scooters!

I've read a few people complaining about the tide and I'm not sure what that has to do with the establishment. From sunrise to around 13:00 in October you get great access to a beautiful beach and then, of course, as the world turns so the tide will change.

The food is delicious, authentic and served to order. The owners and family are incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire stay. We can't wait to stay here again.

Amazing resort, well run, very neat and right on one of the best beaches. The rooms are well equipped, great aircon and WiFi and very comfy. The owners are hands on and extremely helpful. Assisted us with tours, ferries, scooter rental and so much more.
Koh Yao Noi and the Seaview Bungalows are a definite must.

I was looking for a quiet place to relax after a busy conference in Phuket and Seaview Bungalow was exactly what I was looking for. The bungalows are right by the beach, the rooms are clean, comfortable and charming. When the tide is low, you can enjoy the pool or take a long walk on the beach. The food is also great and quite cheap. The owner is always available to provide recommendations and his daughters are very nice and welcoming. My only recommendation to the owner, because we are on an island and right by the ocean, would be to try to cut-down on plastic (bottles, straws) and find more sustainable options.

Will definitely stay again if we visit the island again! Nice bungalow and good location, it’s right on the beach and close to most of the restaurants. The family who hosted us is so helpful and heart warming. Genuine big smile always! And they’ve got very cute kitties! Highly recommended!
