Bann Anattaya

I absolutely love this place. Coming here is like returning home. The rooms are clean and comfortable and great value for money. The hospitality is out of this world. You are made to feel so welcome and at home it is truly unbelievable. Nina is so helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. She is amazing! The owner is just adorable and so kind. I just can’t stop returning to this place. The accommodation is located right in the heart of town and close to all amenities. You can rent a Motobike from the accommodation. When I stay here I like to book a boat trip to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this amazing island. The boat trip can be booked through the accommodation and is excellent value for money. I just can’t express how much I love this place and can’t wait to return.

The host and their family were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The air conditioning was effective, ensuring a pleasant temperature indoors. While our room faced the main street, the noise level was tolerable and didn't disrupt our sleep, especially considering the quietness past a certain hour when most shops close, leaving only occasional motorcycle traffic.

The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, including a standout pad thai restaurant just across the street. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is a bit distant from the nearest beach. While shared van services may overcharge, the host offers assistance in renting motorcycles for more affordable and flexible transportation options. Although we opted to walk to the closest beach, it may not be suitable for everyone due to the distance.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and set back from the road so there was not much noise at night. Also, in a great location with many places to eat within a short walk.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The staff were a highlight, they were so friendly and helpful with local suggestions, recommendations and help with anything we needed. There is a seven eleven 50 metres away and some really good local restaurants within 100 metres. Excellent value, I would recommend staying here!

Super guesthouse the family is really kind and they gave us authentic Thailand welcome. Smiling,ready to help you and provide very good service. We book a both with them and it was a fantastic day.

Really recommend to go there and organize everything with the owner.

Amazing accomodation situated in a central location of the island, close to 7-Eleven and a great starting point for every highlight on this beautiful island by scooter. The family that runs it is very kind and helpful with everything. If we'll be back at Koh Yao Noi in the future, we'll definitely stay here again!

Honestly one of the best stays in Thailand! Nina, the owner, is really kind and helpful with everything (and all the people working here). We stayed here as digital nomad for a week and the wifi is amazingly good (in the bungalows)! Would really recommend this place and hopefully come back again ourselves.

Amazing service and value for a real good price. The hotel owner was the sweetest and helped us tremendously (e.g. In booking tours, renting scooters). She also gifted us food as a goodbye present. We would most definitely come back again!

Nina and her family are THE BEST! We extended our stay as a result and even then it was hard to leave. We stayed in the bungalow, comfy bed, strong AC, working TV, and rooster wake up service. Nina was extremely helpful in getting us set up with motorcycles, shuttles to the pier, and offering island tips. If we don't come back here again soon, we will make sure all our friends do.

We had an exceptional 3-day stay at Bann Anattaya on Koh Yao Noi island. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the island, with small restaurants, shops, and a 7-Eleven nearby. The property is impeccable, with spacious and cozy rooms. The lovely owner goes above and beyond with delightful little attentions throughout our stay. She also organized a private long tail boat tour for us to explore the 5 surrounding islands.

The highlight was definitely the astonishing islands hopping tour. We felt like VIPs cruising between islands and stopping to swim in crystal clear waters. The captain brought us to secluded beaches and picturesque viewpoints. This private experience made us feel the island was ours to explore.

Our stay at Bann Anattaya couldn't have been better. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily walk to dinner spots and the convenience store. The room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The owner's warm hospitality and excellent tour made this a 5-star experience.

We wholeheartedly recommend Bann Anattaya for anyone looking for a relaxing island getaway. The hotel's charm, the owner's kindness, and the island's beauty created unforgettable memories. This was a dream tropical vacation come true. We cannot wait to return to this Koh Yao Noi paradise.

Ron, his family, and staff are truly exceptional! My friend and I recently rented the spacious house offered by Bann Anattaya, and it was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much that 1.5 months felt too short. The house is fully equipped with comfortable beds, a great bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen, and a cozy lounge area. However, what truly sets this place apart is the hospitality of the hosts - they go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

I highly recommend renting the big house or any of the rooms or smaller apartments at Bann Anattaya. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate to book - you won't regret it. Trust me, you'll love it!

Getaway to basic. So nice to get in touch local here. We made good decision to visit Koh Yao Noi. We were here one weeks but we have to extend more day because hotel we stayed was unseen for our life style. So lovely and hospitality. We would love to recommend.

Stayed here for 1 month as Digital nomad. The owners are extremely friendly and welcome you as if you're family. The rooms are clean, the wifi is good and fast and everything gets taken care of when you ask. I can absolutely recommend this place for a stay on koh yao noi!

The keepers are very nice and the rooms are comfortable. Little market close by and a few restaurants but about ten minutes to the beach by scooter

Where to start? The hotel is located in the middle of the market area in Koh Yao Noi, lot of food, coffee, and "real island life". Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff super nice, they gave us lot of information...and fruit!!! They offer many services for the cheapest price around (taxi to the dock, scooter rental, etc.). If we will ever go back to that island paradise, we will 200% book again this place.
