Awesome gym!!! I've been travelling around Southeast Asia and this is the best gym I have been to! Really great equipment, facilities, air-conditioning, and friendly staff. I love coming here!

Very good gym in the heart of Thong Sala with complete equipment, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. I have been working out here for 2 weeks now and will keep coming back for all my sessions for the rest of my stay in Koh Phangan. Probably the best gym on the island!

I came here for a work out on my holidays. It was one of the better gyms I've been to in Thailand. The AC and fans were running full blast, lots of different equipment to choose from, and very clean. Cost per day is 250 Bhat. It includes a steam sauna and a cold plunge tub.

The whole gym is equipped by air condition, which is very good! There is a classic gym with everything you need. Also there is a cardio area which is very cooled down. Equipment all over the place is by the brand „matrix“.

Highlight is that you can take part at crossfit classes and after that u can take an ice bath.

Great gym. The AC was perfect for doing speed work on the treadmill. There was also an ice bath abs steam room!

Very good gym, new equipment, superb grips on dumbbells, strong aircon, sauna and an ice bath. Does not get too busy even during peak times. The only thing is I would appreciate if some basic machines were double.

Great gym, now even better than in previous location!! Everything you need! Several rooms for training including weights, cardio, crossfit and streching rooms. Steam sauna and ice bath! Plenty of parking space. Good ventilation and aircon!! Great vibe!

Very good gym! equipment in good condition...and the place didn't seem to be too packed. Cost 250 b for a day pass and 1800 b for a month.
I liked this one much more than other places that are so packed while their equipment is old and rusty, but here at the podium you feel like you're getting more of your money worth. If they will add ice bath and saunas it will be perfect...

Great gym, equipments are well maintained and everything is clean. They also have a selection of whey protein shakers.

A truly European gym!
I was shocked when I came here for the first time! Everything is clean, air conditioners, fans, towels, power, cardio, everything is great. One sauna and an ice font is worth something, just a bomb.
Sometimes I come to practice, but it turns out that I get high in the sauna more)) Magnificent hall.
Thanks to the owners from the bottom of my heart for creating a paradise in paradise!))

a great gym, there is a crossfit and stretching area, air conditioning works in the hall, after the hall you can go to the hammam

Only gym with an aircon on the island and modern equipment . Steam room and ice bath is nice too. Highly recommend

The only gym I know with AC and costs the same as the outdoor gyms. Tidy layout, good quality equipment and it's not too busy.
