Pava place

I was looking for a place to stay near Walailak University, Nakhon Si Thammarat. I found Pavaplace on my way to the university. It's close to the university. It is 2 minutes walk to 7-11 and there are a lot of restaurants located within short walking distance.
Rooms are fully furnished. I choose appliances package which is 500 Baht extra per month. This package include 32 inch LCD TV, microwave and Fridge.

Free Wifi is super duper fast, watching youtube or live streaming is perfect. I'm staying in 36 sq.m room so I get view from the a canal that runs through the back of the apartment. My room is the corner room so I have windows on both sides, when I leave both sides windows opened, the wind just breezes in. Very nice. The apartment has an elevator, I'm pretty sure that only two this place and one other establishment has one.

Laundry areas are provided on every floor, it is a standard coin operated machine.

There are undercover parkings for cars and scooters. Security is standard compared to other places. Keycard entry, CCTV, Security guards.

Overall, I'm very happy staying at Pavaplace. I think I choose the right place for my tenure at the university.

ห้องครอบครัว ราคาโเค สะอาด สบาย เป็นสัดส่วน มีสิ่งของอำนวยความสะดวกครบ เตียงแขงไปนิดแต่ก็พอนอนใด้สบาย ห้องน้ำพอใช้แต่ไม่มีม่านกันอาบน้ำ โดยรวมถือว่าโอเคเลยครับ

พนักงาน พูดจาดีมาก อาหารอร่อย ของในคือบิการดีมากกก มีน้ำให้ มีจานอาหารให้ มีเครื่องดื่มให้ มีห้องแยก2ห้อง มีแอร์2ตัว ราคาน่าตกใจมากแค่7xx หลักร้อยเท่านั้น
