I loved this park. The smell of the trees was so delicious and powerful, so as to be almost intoxicating. The weather is much, much cooler than the rest of the country. With completely unique biomes in El Salvador. You can see up to 500 different types of orchids. Get to the park early as the hike to the top of the mountains will take several hours and they ask you to leave by around 3 or 4 PM so you can safely descend the steep road in and out of the park. Follow the signs and not Google maps, as maps has the wrong road marked as the entrance.

Perfecto para pasarla súper bien con los que amas, y aprender de árboles ancestrales y de mucha vegetación.
Solamente puedes subir al trifinio del 1 de noviembre hasta el 1 de mayo, de lo contrario solamente puedes llegar hasta el parque por motivos de reproducción de Veda.
El trayecto desde la caseta hasta el parque es por lo menos 1 hora de subida.

Lo recomiendo al 💯 jamás se arrepentirán 😎

La flora es sumamente hermosa, y su fauna es espectacular, y el clima es estupendo, sin duda una experiencia mágica.

Muy bonito hay lugar de camping, venden leña, hay baños. También hay cabañas.

Hermoso lugar. . . Parque Nacional que debemos cuidar ya que posee una gran biodiversidad, algunas especies no se encuentran en otro lugar de nuestro país. Una vez realizados los trámites en el MARN para visitar, debe atenderse a las indicaciones de los guardabosques; a partir de ahí, a disfrutar de la naturaleza, el silencio, los senderos, etc. Lugar ideal para camping, caminatas y observación de aves.

Hay servicio de cabañas, cada una con baño, cocina pequeña de gas, dos camas y dos camarotes. Por el clima es recomendable traer frazada o sleeping bag. Debe reservarse al hacer los trámites con el MARN, el costo es de $50 por día.

Perfecto para alejarse de la vida en la ciudad, para acampar, para caminar, para sentarse un rato, para aprender sobre botánica, historia y especies protegidas dentro de ese parque natural. Tiene un clima fresco lleno de pinos, árboles, arbustos, plantas y animales. Se recomienda llevar cosas reutilizables con el propósito de no contaminar el medio ambiente.
