Café Sládkovič

A nice place to have a coffee at in the city centre of Trenčín. The coffe there was tasty, and they also have really nice variety of cakes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sitting both inside and outside possible. I especially recommend sitting outside to enjoy a fine view on the main crowded street.

Lovely little cafe with yummy cakes and friendly staff. Great location to warm up after exploringthe castle. Reasonable prices and excellent service.

During my business trip, I visited this cafe when I was taking a walk around. It was quite cold outside but I got warmed when I entered this cafe. I took a cup of "FLATWHITE" and everything was good including taste of coffee.

But first of all I would say that the reason I come there next time is such a nice stuff, friendly and attentive. Today was quite hot, we came with our dog. One of girls (waitresses) brought a plate of water for our dog. It was so kind of her:)
Another waitress was so nice too. Patiently with such a nice smile described the taste of every single cake before I chose the one I would like.
To cut the long story short: this place made my day😊

Offers high quality coffee, roasted and procured locally.

In addition if you want to experience some Slovak history of the late 19th century, this is the place to get to know some of the Slovak historic figures.

Slightly overpriced, but the location, concept and taste of coffee are worth it.
