Excellent renovation. A bit kitsch. Delicious food. Comfortable room. Just struggle with shower. Worth to stay. I was a wedding guest and the atmosphere was kingly.

Hidden treasure in Slovakia. Ive arranged my wedding at Halic Castle and I can't say more than the best choice I could have ever made. It's an absolutely gorgeous venue, with every member of the staff thriving for a great experience. I, our local and also international friends enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommended to visit for a weekend or arrange a family/personal event.

My stay at Castle Hotel Galicia Nueva was pure magic! The staff's hospitality was exceptional, the rooms were elegant and spotless, and the views were breathtaking. The food was delectable, and the spa experience was so relaxing. I highly recommend this enchanting retreat in Halíč!

Words could never even begin to describe how perfect this amazingly beautiful place is. The staff are caring, friendly, helpful, and instinctively there to attend to anything at any time. We can honestly and whole heartedly say that it has been an honor and a privilege to have stayed here. A million thank you's to the staff would never be enough.

Most beautiful place we've ever been. Except bautyfull indoor, and park, it even has a rooftop with absolutely stunning view. The stuff was helpful with absolutely everything we needed. We had a wedding there and I just couldn't think of better place for such special one in a live time events :)

Gorgeous hotel - the rooms are spacious and beds comfortable, the food is exquisite and the spa is lovely. We had the romantic package and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend.
The only thing that could be improved is to increase the temperature in the relaxation zone next to the pool (it was a bit cold in March).

I went on a day trip, with two beautiful women. We had a few drinks and walked around. Very nice place.

I stumbled upon this castle while looking at the route of our road trip — we are so glad that we splurged to stay here as a treat while on our honeymoon. As a 4star hotel, they have an abundance of amenities and it is surreal to stay in one of the newly furnished rooms.

The castle has a fascinating history; it fell into disrepair after decades of war & soviet rule, serving at one stage to confine mentally handicapped youth in the 1960s. Thanks to the privatisation of the castle in 2005 and the extensive renovations that followed, it is a gloriously comfortable, once in a lifetime experience.

Service is courteous and helpful, dining at the restaurant was satisfactory though a little dear. In the mornings the free breakfast is generous, and you’ll find yourself in awe around every corner of this hotel.

It says 4 star hotel, but the room conditions and services are definitely- 5 stars.

Spa and massage - it’s relatively small but not crowded. Massage was very good as well.

Fitness Studio - Pretty small, but has almost everything what you need.

Restaurant - breakfast was a good range of choices and you can order your favorite style of coffee.
Dinner offers different dishes and Veggie option is possible.

Reception- fast, professional, accommodating

Room condition- EXCEPTIONAL 👏👏👏

This is the prettiest hotel that I have seen here in Slovakia! We stopped by to have lunch but we were short on time and had to leave, but, not before taking a quick tour! It's pricy but, it seems worth it for a romantic weekend. I would like to stay in the room below.

It is an amazing renewed castle with a extremely authentic interior. Seems like made with love. Nothing too much just exactly what it need to be. The restaurant side is beautiful, too. The foods are very tasty and nicely served. Waiters are very kindly and helpful.

Very beautiful place with amazing view over the region. Road there is solid but it could be a bit tricky to access with navigation. Parking lot is big enough. These is also park around the castle. Castle it's self is very beautiful, reconstructed with free access, fountain and beautiful garden upfront. Keep in mind that it is a hotel but you can still see inside for a small fee, it's worth it though.

Very nicely renovated and decorated castle. Went there for the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Meal prices are quite steep for the region though. Anyway, I had ossobuco - very tasty, portion was big enough.

This Hotel is beyond words. It was everything and so much more than I had ever expected it would be. From beautiful surroundings to hidden treasures within. You will have to visit to truly understand its magical qualities. I promise that you will be blown away by its beauty.

Beautiful castle with even more beautiful surroundings. We visited the restaurant inside in the atrium. The staff was very professional. I recommend the frappe toffee and chocolate. We had also a cake which was delicious. It was a very nice experience.

Beutiful castle, currently hotel, if you don't stay at hotel you can still walk through the gardens or go to the restaurant. The view was incredibly beautiful. The parking was little bit confusing tho. Overall, amazing experience.

Had my wedding at the venue on Friday 23rd August. The rooms were all amazing. Facilties from swimming pool to the spa were spot on. Staff were friendly and dealt with any issues.

Beautifully restored and renovated castle. Little difficulties with the navigation to get to the correct spot. There are fee free parking lots with plenty of space for random visitors and buses. Only short walking distance from main entrance to the castle. Beautiful inside out... Below castle is small pond in castle park. Difficult to get there through the forest over steep hill with many stone/rock stairs and obstacles.
