On our way home we stopped here to grab some drinks and food...was not disappointed. Traditional Slovak food is the best!!! And the staff was very nice 👌

I was really surprised. Food was delicious, service was nice, everything clean. Toilets were little bit cold, but at that time there was a snow gust and temperature dropped a lot. What I really loved about food was, that unlike other typical "Slovak" places with menu of 100 of foods, this one had only like 5 but they were really well made.

Nice place indeed. Definitely recommend to visit if on HWY D1 to Bratislava just passed Zilina. Friendly staff, good selection of meals, fast service.

Good place for dinner near the highway. Here you can get not expensive soups, meat and garnish. The staff is also nice and welcoming here. They speak English, which is great for tourists like me. Here is, seems like, home and countryside interior.

We stopped here to have dinner on a long way home on a hot day in the middle of the summer holidays. We were absolutely amazed with the high standard of cooking in this small restaurant at a non-descript rest area near Žilina. Small yet high quality and well designed menu. Great soup, exquisite venison goulash with a special kind of dumplings (fine-tuned to be eaten with game), great dessert. Professional and friendly staff. They do accept credit cards and the prices are very affordable. Next time going this way, I will specifically plan to eat here..

Great food in an unexpected location. Venison stew at a highway rest stop. Who would have think that. Try that at McDonald's.
