A beautiful outlet to the Tatra Mountains. Several roads lead to the top. They are quite steep. the main "asphalt" road is the lightest but much longer. In the middle of the road there is a hut where you can eat and drink.

The most impressive hill of Low Tatras range. From the very top you can see nearly whole Slovakia. 😉Actually this ,,munro'' is A Slovakian national mountain. Its name was given by Matej Korvin, king of Hungarian and Czech kingdoms when he was enjoying a dinner there during his hunting trip. Beautiful view and stone as a table made him fell in love with this place.
There is a cycle path from Sumiac village straight to the top, where you can find communication mast and building. In winter the wind blows very often and magic figures are formed by it.

Amazing views, great hikes or bike ride. I love this mountain. Take a whole hike trip on “Cesta hrdinov SNP” all the way to Donovaly. It takes 4-5 days.

Jeden z najkrajších výhľadových vrcholov Slovenska. Výška 1941 m.n.m. Mali sme šťastie. Bolo takmer bezvetrie, krásne počasie a krásne výhlady na všetky svetové strany. Je to najkrajšia odmena za výstup. Chýba mi tam slušná miestnosť, kde by sa dalo prezliesť, občerstviť, a posedieť s priateľmi. Tá malá kutica, v ktorej sa dá schovať pred zlým počasím, nie je vždy otvorená. Vyšlapal som tam na lyžiach aj na MTB bicykli v lete. Keď idete zo Šumiaca na Kráľovú hoľu občerstviť sa môžete na chate na Prednom sedle, 1451 m.n.m., cca. v polovici cesty ešte pred najväčším stúpaním k vrcholu. Trasa má dľžku 12 km a prevýšenie 1040 m. Nezabudnite sa nabaliť do ruksaku náhradné oblečenie. Na vrchole som bol viackrát a iba raz nefúkalo.

Pekné miesto s panoramatickým výhľadom. Turá zo Šumiaca dala zabrať, ale nesmeky nám pomohli. Išli sme za tmy bolo síce chladno, ale fúkať začalo až hore . Takze fajn.
