Be aware

If you are buying their machines from the UK or anywhere this company doesn’t have after sale service you’ll be let down and cry your own faith

We bought two of soft serve machines. Installed one of them since June 2021. The machine indeed showed several issues

Technician is a good guy and did his best to help through WhatsApp video calls, got nowhere. No solution is offered for more than six months now

The commercial just denied the facts and instead keeps sending videos on how to clean the machine

We have experience using soft serve and gelato makers from different brands this is the first time this has occurred
