Hello,

12 months ago I purchased a Karcher K7 package and have had a couple of problems with the unit and the revolving spray gun.

The customer service department, Katka in particular, along with a director helped us resolve the issue (very quickly) with a new replacement unit. The experience my wife and I had with the department was excellent and I am very happy with this process as a customer. Highly recommended!

What's the music experience in the shop

Good shop with a decent Selection of items.

There is a guy that works in the Electricity Section who is extremely helpful and speaks good English.

I was looking at Adapters from UK to EU and even though OBI didn't have it , he directed me to a shop nearby which did.

Chcem pochváliť prístup p. predavačky Ildikó, ktorá je pri lampách/ svietidlách - nosí okuliare a má čierne vlasy.
Pracuje veľmi svedomito, a vždy nám pomohla s výberom a takisto je veľmi milá a vidno,že má rada svoju prácu. Viac takýchto predavačiek !!! Ďakujeme !!!

Dobrý večer, chcem sa podeliť o dnešnú skúsenosť v OBI v DS a pochváliť p. predajca Tibora je veľmi milý a ochotný sto percent ústretovosť veľmi šikovný milý a hlavne ochotný nám pomohol s tovarom až k autu aj s naložením. ❤❤❤

Vždy ked tu sme a je tu špeciálne jeden zamestanec..zial meno nevieme (ma nausnicu v uchu)... Ochotne poradí pomôže a pobeha s vami celu predajnu, len aby ste dostali, co potrebujete. Ked sme v OBI a nevieme si rady, hladame len jeho ..lebo ma jediny najochotnejsi pristup. Patri mu velka vdaka a urcite pochvala a odmena aj od zamestnávateľa 🙃

Dnes som bola milo prekvapena ako vsetci predavajuci a personal zdravil 🙂 bolo to mile. Zial pred 2 mesiacmi sme mali.moznost narazit na deprimovanu pokladnicku na info stanovisti Chcem sa vsak podakovat Petrovi z odd.stavby, kde som nezohnala vonkajsiu antracit dlazbu, kupila som ju minuly rok a chyba mi cca m2 uz je vyradena z predaja ..ochotne vyhladal inu predajnu a dal mi ju objednat do DS aj ked ide len o jeden balik tovaru cca 20€ polozku. DS je dnes obchod na urovni.Nech im to dlho vydrzi a maju stastnych zakaznikov aj personal.
